Above All Cottage on Quadra Island

Above All is a studio cottage with a verandah overlooking an acreage. It features stained glass windows, plank floors, a well equipped kitchenette and private bath with restored claw foot tub (no shower). Internet on the island is often spotty, but most guests find the cottage wifi satisfactory. The cottage is located within walking distance to the ferry, shops at Quathiaski Cove and island trails. The owners live on site in a separate residence and have a small friendly mixed breed dog.

We had an incredible stay at Loon Point Cottage! The location is breathtaking—right on the water with stunning views and total privacy. The cottage itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. You can really tell how much thought and care Kate has put into every detail. She was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt completely at home. We especially loved sitting out on the deck, watching the seals, eagles and whales and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. What a perfect spot! We had a lovely stay at Monica’s cottage. Such a peaceful location, beautiful cottage, spacious, with everything we needed! We especially loved the trails right beside the house. Monica was so friendly and an amazing host. Would love to come back one day!

The location was wonderful. The view was across to Campbell River, the mountains, Discovery Passage and the sunset. Being on the top floor with a deck and great windows made you part of the outdoors. Close to all the sights that were important. And really good hosts - responsive, knowledgeable and friendly.

Matt and Amanda were great. We had some unfortunate circumstances hit just before we arrived, and my husband had to spend some time in the local hospital. Matt and Amanda were so kind and compassionate, letting me know their place was very safe, and I could let them know if I needed anything. It made me feel so good to meet them in person on arrival. All is well now but I so appreciated spending the night in their cozy and beautiful getaway. Thanks so much!!
