Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

On the main street, the Le Centenaire brewery and a small shop will welcome you. Its geographical location is ideal. Close to SARLAT (5 min), the river, many villages classified as "Most beautiful villages in France", and many surrounding activities (hot air balloons, barges, golf, caves, canoes, swimming...).

Beautiful family house in the city center with a double terrace with magnificent views of the medieval rooftops of the city. The Lot is a few hundred yards away with canoes, electric boats for rent. Following flights, bed LINEN is now PROVIDED with surcharge (no towels),. A bail of 800E will be requested. Bonaguil Castle a few kms away. Max. capacity 5/6 pers.
