Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. Du bist im EG mit separatem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Zimmers siehst du vor dir das helle Bad mit Dusche und WC, und eine Ecke mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Studio hat keine Küche. Links dann hohe Decken, ein hochwertiger Holzboden und grosse Fenster, dazu ein Schreibtisch und ein neues, richtiges Bett.

Sehr gemütliches Dachgeschoss mit eigener/m Küche,Bad,Wohn-, Schlafraum (33 qm) mit Satelitten-Fernseher,Blick über die Dächer(2. Etage)des ruhigen Wohngebietes von Ramersdorf-Perlach im Südosten Múnchens. Im Sommer bietet sich mein kleiner Garten zum Verweilen/zu einem Essen im Grünen an. Sie wohnen zusammen mit mir und meinem kleinen Hund in einer Doppelhaushälfte, wobei das Dachgeschoss abschließbar ist. In ihrer Küche ist kein Wasseranschluß, aber im Bad ist eine Spülschüssel für Geschirr.

Somit habt Ihr mit Terasse 100qm. Wir haben in den äußeren Jurten jeweils 4 Betten, somit Platz für 8 Personen. In der mittleren Jurte befindet sich der Aufenthaltsraum der zum chillen einlädt. Kochen könnt ihr entweder direkt am überdachten Feuerplatz oder in der Holzhütte. Dusche und WC im Bauwagen.
