Monthly Rentals in Putnam County

This is a gorgeous guest house with a lovely view of the lake. Didn’t get to try the sauna but appreciated that it was available all hours. Shower and bed were nice! We traveled here on bike while going from Poughkeepsie to NYC on the Empire State Trail. The house is close to the trail and they gave us good bike directions. Great place to stop to split up the 100 mile journey - right in the middle!

We were there for work. The house was perfect. It had everything we needed, a full kitchen with so many useful tools, a separate bathroom for each one of us, a great room with a fireplace that heated the house and gave a wonderful ambiance to relax. It is located conveniently close to a major highway. The grounds were so beautiful, I can only imagine what they look like in spring and summer. We kept to ourselves while staying there but she was very welcoming and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

The Best Little Studio in Beacon was exactly as advertised! Great location with action all around but plenty of privacy. And Garth let me use his offstreet parking, which helped during the Beacon Flea Market days and weekends when the town got lively. I stayed there for a month while I had some work in the area and it all worked out great!

Had a perfect solo retreat at Ethan and Erin's beautifully designed and spacious place. Loved that I could walk everywhere once off the train, even to the grocery store and hiking trails! Amenities were excellent and the kitchen had everything I needed and then some. Laundry onsite was a huge bonus. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought and care into this home and into making it a great experience for guests. I was able to really relax and focus on creative projects. I hope to come back!
