Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Purley

Spacious and functional house for 2 adults and 4 children. the house is cozy and very well insulated. the heater works perfectly in the evening and the shower and toilet clean and spacious. The Kitchen: Everything is working properly. The garden is perfect for kids who can have fun safely. 1 bus stop right next to the House to go to central London or purley station really close by, allow 35/40 min from the house to London bridge. Thank you very much to Terry for his availability, kindness and he is very accommodating in terms of schedules.

I cannot say enough positive things about Natalie’s Airbnb. From the lovely surroundings across from a sheep farm with brand new lambs running around to the lovely exterior and interior with a beautiful color scheme to the perfect cleanliness and every amenity you could possibly need. Natalie is the perfect hostess. We departed feeling like we had found new friends, Natalie and Simon. We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years and The Meadows is definitely our favorite ❣️ Thank you again, Natalie and Simon, and we hope to see you in Oxted/Tandridge again in the future. xo

The apartment was great. 2 min walk from train station to London bridge. Near the apartment there were few groceries, late working. The apartment is absolutely fantastic. Well equipped. With back yard. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend. Thanks to Dinu. All was great 🤗

The house is spacious and very clean. The wine cooler is a nice touch although we didn't use it. Water and soft drinks in the fridge were also welcome as we arrived later than expected. As we had our daughter's wedding locally the bridal party were able to get ready at the house beforehand. The house is near Coulsdon South station and supermarkets 4 minutes in the car. The house was perfect for our needs and we were very comfortable.

I have stayed in Airbnbs on four different continents and these hosts are the best I have experienced. They learned we were vegan and provided us basic supplies we could eat. They adjusted check-in time for my Swedish friends. They had a house rules/recommendation book that was more helpful than just Googling local restaurants (sometimes they aren't). They even had dog treats in the kitchen for my dog. The house itself was so charming and generous. more than enough space for us. We spent time in the afternoon and morning out on the bistro-style table and chairs they had overlooking a meadow were we watched baby foxes trying to sneak around. I could hear birdsong throughout and felt so calm. Bonus points for privacy too. It was honesty perfect.

A lovely characterful, quiet and private barn conversion. Situated in a beautiful garden which opens up a few days a year with the National Garden Scheme. Just a few minutes walk away there's a nice country pub which serves delicious snacks and meals. The host is very responsive and immediately resolved a problem I had with one of the blinds. A perfect house for a temporary stay for our local family of 4 while building works we’re going on at our house.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was lovely and it felt like home. Beautiful surroundings and walking distance to grocery store. Highly recommend this lovely home.

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

Very well decorated house with a spirit. Felt right at home. Great sound system and London view too. Without a doubt a top airbnb experience and offers great value. Calypso was super friendly and helpful. It’s very hard to think of a downside for the place and i’d only sit this one out if i had a past bad earthquake experience because the flat occasionally shakes. Thanks Calypso

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, not far from both subways on the front and back black lines, with a number of large supermarkets and convenient stores nearby. The house has a lovely little garden and is very cozy. We had a great stay and also cooked rice and coffee and tried Chris's wine hahaha. Recommended stay.

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

It is just 7-10 mins walk to the tube and overground train stations. Lots of places to dine and fresh, tasty coffee spots. Very lovely neighborhood. Thank you again!

Great location and perfect accommodations for our 2 night stay. Easy to walk to pubs and restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking available at the house was key for us.

Really enjoyed the flat and made the weekend for myself and my girlfriend, really come together and it was a lovely place to stay. Thomas helped with whatever i needed and was really friendly.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

This lovely place was exactly what I was looking for and it hit my 3 C's when I'm away from home: Cozy, comfortable and clean! Isaac was a wonderful host who responded to my inquiries in a very timely manner. The location is super close to the train station and grocery store. I highly recommend it.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

We enjoyed our stay at Janet’s condo. It had beautiful views and was in the perfect location outside of the busy city but steps from the closest train station. It was very clean and Janet had wonderful suggestions for us to eat/shop. She even left treats for us to snack on while we stayed. 10/10 would recommend.

Joanne’s place was truly outstanding. Relocating from Australia to the UK was a big transition, and staying here made it feel effortless. The location is ideal. Just a short walk to the train station for easy trips into London, and the neighbourhood felt completely safe, even when walking home at night. The home itself is beautifully designed and incredibly cosy. The shower had excellent water pressure, the kitchen was a joy to cook in, and the afternoon sun pouring through the patio doors was such a highlight. Enjoying a quiet morning coffee out on the patio was a lovely ritual that made it feel like home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the space was perfect for working from home. Joanne was a dream host. Warm, responsive, and genuinely kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my UK chapter. Highly, highly recommend.

Max's instructions to get into the flat were excellent! Wonderful street and location. Many bus stops close to the flat that will take you all over London. Overall it suited our needs perfectly. Cheers, Kelly
