Awesome place to stay in Santa Teresa and super close to the beach.

My son Valentin stayed with his girlfriend and all spectacular! Michela was very friendly, the place beautiful, clean and everything very nice! Very good location!

Katie is an excellent host, she maintains smooth communication and the facilities were very well prepared, 100% cleanliness and order, the apartment has excellent view is beautiful, very complete!!

Special spot in Nosara! Everything was walkable, and there were a lot of restaurants to choose from within 5-10 mins. We loved that the beach was less than a 5 min walk! Dave was extremely kind and felt safe during my whole time. his Airbnb is exactly as described and just like the photos easy access getting in and out he even has a cute cat that will greet you by the door!! Definitely recommend staying at the spot if you’re single, coupled, or have a small child. Bonus, Dave offered to do laundry (for a price for others) which saved our booty!!! Yay!

Niclas and Jason were super quick to respond and easy to communicate with, the place is clean, safe/secure, and even better than the photos, and you can walk to (or easily catch a bus to) everything you could ever want or need. Jason hooked us up with local tips and an exceptional tour guide. The courtyard on the property is amazing; perfect temperature pool, new grill, hammocks, tables, lawn chairs, and even a lookout tower with a view. The surrounding areas were loud and busy until about 10-11pm, so if you like to go to bed early, this might not be the best place for you. We loved it and will be sure to tell our friends and family. Extra bonus if you can rent all three units on the property at once with a group and have the property to yourselves, but even if you don’t there is still plenty of space and amenities to share and have privacy.

Great place to stay if you are planning to move around in private or public transportation. Lots of restaurants and parks close by. I got to use the gym everyday during my stay and it was always empty and clean. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful 5 months at the condo, this was our second time we stayed here. It is exactly as described in a well kept safe and beautiful complex. We did not have any issues at all during our stay and Laura kept in touch to make sure everything was going well. Laura is a wonderful host

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and has a great view of the mountains. It was perfect for a one night stay before going to the airport in the morning. I will warn though to be cautious of traffic as there can be hour delays if there is an accident. Overall, this is a nice place and I would recommend.

We had a great day. the views are absolutely amazing from the balcony. They are better than shown on the website. We enjoyed sunset and listening to the ocean from the back deck. The unit looks as advertised as far as the furnishings and the layout. the manager was always responsive and helped us book some great tours. We loved the boat private Charter that we did called 'life is better at Sea' out of Flamingo and we highly recommend that. The property grounds are well maintained in the pool is a nice touch as well. Highly recommend!

Apartment was very nice and was perfect for my friend and I. Felt super safe and in a great location.

I had an excellent stay here. It had a great workspace and had everything I needed for cooking my own meals. The view was beautiful and the butterflies in the morning were very welcome. It was very easy to take the bus to and from Grecia, and local stores were within easy walking distance. Fabricio and Karla were excellent hosts that made sure I had everything I needed, recommended so many things to make my stay ideal, and were extremely responsive and helpful. I loved staying here and would definitely return.

Use the Waze app to find the location, because it was very difficult with Google Maps. But otherwise excellent

This place was best cost-benefit I could find in all San Pedro. It had everything I needed at an affordable price; host was available to support me as needed. Neighborhood is calm, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets reachable by walking. I'd stay again in this place in my next trips to Costa Rica.
