Family-friendly vacation rentals in Puntagorda

A beautiful lovely house at a spectacular location and very friendly and communicative hosts. Our whole family with children and grandchildren enjoyed it very much.

Fuente la Teja is a true paradise. It is beautifully located, very calm. I was able to recover very, very well from stress there and finally sleep well after a long time. For me as an author, it was an inspiring place to write. The whole complex is perfectly maintained, everything is tip top clean. It is unimaginable how much work that must have been to make the system shine again after the volcanic eruption. How lucky it was that it was preserved. The tranquility has a price. Of course, shops and cities are further away. This means driving through the lava field and the mountain. That's what you need to know and decide for yourself what's important to you. Yes, some apartments are connected by a door, which is very practical for families. Of course, this is then hard of hearing. Pepe and Carol are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and perfect hosts who are always approachable and helpful.

superb stay at Gonzalo's, the house is beautiful, very pleasant, quiet and close to the capital, a shaded courtyard to relax. Gonzalo's mom is lovely, very helpful, a nice meetup. Thank you Gonzalo and Charo, we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful place and location, outstanding view!! Very nice barbacue area with plenty of garden furniture. The place was sparkling clean. The owner was very kind and reachable to sort out any doubts. Very comfortable to travel with a baby, they prepared a beautiful cot, with side protectors, looked for every detail. Thank you very much, we will be back for sure!

The villa is great! Everything was like the pictures, everything was very clean and the kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. Communication with the host was clear and easy. Would definitely go back!

I was not present on the workshop but Simon, who was leading the workshop informed that it was great! Clean on arrival and small issue with flushing was quickly fixed.

We had a fantastic week at Miguel Ángel's house. Marian welcomed us and showed us everything, with a loving touch. We were delighted with the pool, the views, the tranquility, everything. The house is very clean, tidy, functional, you can't ask for more. Super comfortable beds (important!!!). They welcomed us with a bottle of wine and fruit, a great touch. At Villa Tajuya, they take care of their guests with care and affection. We'll be back for sure. Thank you very much, Marian!

We have spent a week in November, and we have truly been very comfortable. The apartments are perfect, everything very new, very clean and very well kept. Our plane was arriving at night and they came to pick us up in El Paso to show us the way, which was a detail. They also left us a high chair and crib for the little one. Having a rental car, the location is perfect because it is very close to El Paso, Los Llanos, Tazacorte and Puerto Naos but in a very quiet place. We will definitely repeat if we are back on the island.

The house and neighborhood of Las Caletas are an authentic wonder, the awakening every day with those views and with so much light is a chute of energy to discover the wonderful island of La Palma, they make you want to stay a lifetime. There is complete tranquility. The super spacious house, cozy and perfect for disconnecting has absolutely everything, hopefully to be able to visit it once a year La Palma and stay at home Petronilo. Both Jaime and the contact person Milagros, were very friendly and looked out for us in everything we could ever need. The bed is comfortable, the fireplace for the nights where the temperature drops a little is a plus and the bathroom architecture with that outdoor shower make it really special. Fuencaliente is 8 minutes by car and has all the services you may need: supermarkets, pharmacy, Pizzeria (the best in the Island) and a bakery-cafeteria that we visited every day before starting our route. 1000 Thank you, Jaime.

La Finca Bella Sombra is truly one of the best AirBnB locations I have stayed at. The home is absolutely beautiful and exactly as described and shown in pictures. The setting is incredibly peaceful and feels secluded, but also with easy and quick access to the town of Tijarafe and the town/beach of Tazacorte. Sandra made everything from check-in to check-out very easy, and the home is full of thoughtful amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. Suggestions for restaurants and activities were outstanding. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer! I highly recommend La Finca Bella Sombra, and I would gladly stay there again.

The house is very nice just as seen in the photos. The location is great for everything (10-15 minutes walking to downtown el Paso) but quiet at the same time. An excellent option to explore the island and spend a few days enjoying the house. Impressive step into the garden and see the new Volcano right in front like a postcard.

We stayed in this apartment for 8 days and were very satisfied. Really outstanding (after many stays in other apartments we can assess this) is Hermann's hospitality. It's really important to him that his guests are well and that nothing is missing. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. The location is of course fantastic, about 100 meters to the sea, 3 restaurants within walking distance. All in all a very nice place to relax and unwind. 150% wine recommendation!!!

We spent a few days very comfortable and quiet at Lola and Jorge's place. The house has everything you need to comfortably enjoy your visit to the island. Very grateful for the things that left us for breakfast; the orange juice came great to start the day well. It is a very quiet area, ideal for resting and disconnecting. The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens. And you can park the car inside the property. Lola and Jorge were very friendly and pending anything we needed. Thank you!

It was a magnificent stay, for those who want to disconnect from the daily routine and like the countryside. I recommend it 100%, it met my expectations.

The accommodation is a beauty, charmingly decorated and with incredible views. The fantastic terrace with ocean views is priceless and has sun loungers, benches, and tables and chairs to live life outside if you wish. The sunrises are spectacular and being able to have breakfast on this terrace is what we enjoyed the most. At night the tranquility and the sky are spectacular, it is something worth seeing and admiring. A unique feeling that we have only experienced here in La Palma. Without a doubt, an island of contrasts worth visiting once in a lifetime and what better way than to do it by staying at Carlos' house. We were very comfortable and our three-year-old son enjoyed it very much too, especially thanks to the little tenant (a gecko) who accompanied us most nights.

We have enjoyed some really good days at Julia's place. She is very welcoming and helpful. Even though we've been in El Pinar for a chilly period, we enjoyed the delicious saltwater pool. The pool is shared with 2 other houses, but we had it to ourselves. There is a heater, but remember warm clothes for evenings and nights nonetheless. We made do with public transportation. The bus system works impeccably and is cheap. La Palma - and Puntagorda is a great place for hikers.

Antonia was always available on the phone once the wifi went down, so she responded right away and sent a friend over and then everything went flawlessly again. As a welcome a bottle of Vienna and very good biscuits. It was really wonderful the starry sky from the patio.

If you're looking for a quiet place with all the comforts to explore the island, this is the best place. The views are spectacular and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home.

The house was exactly as described, with a beautiful pool and lots of space. Everything was super clean, check in was easy, and we felt very comfortable right from the start. February was cold, so we had to use the provided electrical heaters to make it cozy. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is cozy and very practical, it has everything. It was a very comfortable stay. The location is very good, close to Santa Cruz and very nice beach areas. Jorge is very friendly and was attentive, always responding quickly to anything. We look forward to repeating as soon as possible. Highly recommended
