I stayed here for over a month and had a great experience. The location is excellent, the place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the host is responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and cozy place in Playa del Carmen.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. We'll be back in Mexico soon and we definitely want to return to this apartment since we could always walk to the beach and that was important to us, apart from the food that one could get in the building and being able to have a spacious place in the apartment to rest optimally. I'm very grateful to Roberto and it was also very important to have an easy check-in ⭐️

Very fast in responding, ver good communication. I would give 4.5 if possible. It was perfect except some minor points: - Its not allowed to hang wet towels on the balcony, where else? - The water pressure for the bathroom was bad, both sink and shower. - The blinds leave too much light in. There is especiall one annoying light that shines exactly between the 2 and its active in the middle of the night. It was an amazing condo.
