Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Punta Umbría

My husband and I spent a month in Teresa's beautiful home, which is on the first and top floor of a 3 storey building. It is a very comfortable space, flooded with light from the large south facing windows in the living room. Despite the variable weather, we felt very much at home and enjoyed spending time at the house. On sunny mornings, we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace, which is beautiful. The house is located on a lovely residential street on the edge of the old town with its many bars and restaurants, a short walk to the market and very near the beach. A wonderful place to stay.

It was a good experience, the house was cozy and the location was very good.

It was a fabulous stay in the accommodation, very close to the beach (river mouth) and also close to the center, walking to both places in about 5 minutes. The house is recently renovated and spotless. In the surroundings there are several restaurants but the most notable is a churro shop very close by for memorable breakfasts on the terrace. The host was always friendly and always available. A great stay to visit the area. We will definitely repeat.

We really enjoyed staying at this cozy apartment. Above all, the great roof terrace with the magnificent view was wonderful. Anna is a great hostess and the apartment has everything you need. Anna provided us with helpful information in advance, which worked out great. The location is great, to the beach but also in the village you can quickly walk and 2 small supermarkets are also quickly accessible. At this time of year, the place is still very quiet and there are hardly any tourists there. Wonderfully quiet. Thanks again to Anna.

We stayed for four days, everything was perfect, clean and comfortable, Juan Antonio was aware of everything anticipating our questions, a ten stay, we will try to return, we have been in the area several times and we love it...

David and Megan's spacious townhouse was in a perfect spot to be near everything, but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. They offered some nice extras that don't seem to be part of the AirBnB experience anymore, like milk, juice and coffee to start off your vacation. David even picked us up at the train station and drove us to the townhouse. We were impressed with their quick response when we had a question. Although we didn't take advantage of the service, they offered to be of assistance with providing ideas for excursions and things to do in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Ana’s place, such a peaceful & quiet place. In less than 2 minutes we were between the trees with our dogs. We had everything we needed in the house, clean & cosy.

We had a great stay. The house has it all, with a lot of detail. 100% recommended! And Maria is very friendly and helpful. A pleasure!

We would definitely stay again if allowed. It was a bit difficult to find on the first pass but Fernando arranged for someone to look out for us and show us in. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the town was lovely and walkable! Stay here if you are able!

We stayed at Cesar's place for three weeks for an athletics training camp. There was plenty of room for three guests. The stay met our expectations. The place was clean and included everything you needed to live for three weeks. The host was friendly and responsive to messages and requests. Check-in was very flexible and we were able to get there easily. From the photos, we assumed that the rooftop terrace would have been completely private, but it was shared among the other residents of the house. We didn't mind, though, because there was no traffic on the deck. I can recommend this stay!

We loved our stay at Luisa’s , everything as described and we very much enjoyed the area , close to everything in Sanlucar.

The House of Orchids was a wonderful vacation. Fatima was always reaching out to us to see if we needed anything and was quick to respond with lots of local information. Vila Real de Santo Antonio is a beautiful village with elegance. Not a party place but with lots of great restaurants, shopping and grocery stores within walking distance. The train is a short walk and easy to catch a train to take day trips to other villages for the day or see the rest of the Algarve. or a short walk to the marina for a day out in Spain. The apt was very spacious and comfortable with a very large courtyard where we used the outdoor grill a few times. The kitchen was well equipped and because we had a 4 week stay I was very happy to have the washing machine and dish washer. I would recommend this apt with pleasure. Thank you Fatima for a lovely holiday.

As other guests have mentioned, you are staying in a real home, not a place outfitted for short-term rentals. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with a large fridge and ample cupboard space. Gabriela instructed us on restaurants and grocery shopping. The comfort of the apartment proved especially welcome, as we had a number of rainy cool days at the beginning of our stay, so remaining indoors was not a hardship. There is a large living room and dining area, the bedrooms are large and spacious, there is heating in each bedroom and the living room, there are throw rugs on the floor for warmth against the cool tiles, there are bedside tables and lights on both sides of each bed, and the terrace is large with spectacular views of Tavira. The steps up from the road to get to the neighborhood were a nonissue for us—they are easily manageable. We rented a car for a few days and there was a parking spot for us. There are no downsides to Gabriela’s beautiful unit.

nice apartment for holidays at Algarve. Tanya is a great host, very friendly and helpful. check-in without any problems. location is a little outside of the centre, but within 10-15 minutes walking you find all you need.

Great check in with Bruno who showed us around, he runs the cafe round the corner (Kais Cafe), very good snacks and drinks. The apartment was massive with everything you needed, lovely private terrace and amazing views from the roof terrace. Close to some lovely restaurants and the beach, everything within walking distance. We did not meet Isidoro, but he was very helpful and even offered us use of the bikes in the garage 😄

Wonderful location, easy walk to restaurants and the river walk, street parking was easily findable (April), hosts met us upon check in and provided all relevant info, and, our favourite, a neat little cafe right outside the back door. Highly recommend!

The apartment is super comfortable. It has a terrace with great views and you feel at home. Adrian is attentive to everything. We'll be back.

Just like the photos, to mention one drawback, the spiral staircase with the suitcases, otherwise everything was outstanding

We stayed for a week and felt right at home, the accommodation has everything you need to spend a few days, a kitchen with kitchenware, a coffee maker, a hairdryer, blankets, games, etc. Everything was super clean and details like gel and soap in the bathrooms, garbage bags, cleaning products, in short, we didn't need anything, wonderful.

Everything was perfect!! The place is great, everything was spotless and an unbeatable location. We had a great time and will do it again. Thank you in particular Irina, who is charming, responded immediately to all our doubts and even approached the house to explain the operation of the air conditioner to us.

A few minutes walking to city center, private and shaded car parking and great serene vibe in the common garden and pool makes this place a gem if a find, definitely be back for more in the future.

Excellent apartment with everything needed for a great stay. Supermarket at the end of the road and pool was very quiet with plenty of beds. Not far from Tavira centre but we took an Uber. Only issue was no holder for shower head that was quite awkward but everything else was great.

The description fully matches what we found, the apartment has everything, everything is very clean, the beds are very comfortable. Very good area with restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Access to the beach is just a few minutes' walk through a pedestrian area in front of the exit of the residential development. We will definitely be back.
