Villa vacation rentals in Punta Prima

Absolutely amazing place and stay. Highlights were pool, sauna and home cinema, but everything else we're spot on as well, from comfortable beds to cleanliness and level of quality. Hosts were amazing and everything worked perfectly, even when the reservation was done on the day of arrival, only couple of hours before arriving to the house. Thank you for a beautiful experience in a fantastic house.

Benko responded very quick via rbnb and whatts app. Early check in was possible without further paymant. A car was included by renting his house. We only had to pay for the pick up service to/from the airport. The deposit you have to pay was restored at my bankaccount in one day. So nice house, clean swimming pool and big playing area around the house. Tip: some extra towels for the swimming pool. Conclusion: great house and Benko: great service, trustfull and very reliable.

¡Recomendado! Hemos pasado 4 días en la casa, cómoda, había de todo , permitía que viniera nuestro perro, piscina y jardín privado. Es una zona relajada si es lo que buscas. Además nos dejó salir dos horas más tarde y siempre contestaba muy rápido.

I would definitely recommend the Villa, It was beautiful and everything was perfect. Natali was a brilliant host and I couldn't have asked for more. The villa is amazing and the photos do not do it justice, it is a perfect location and everything you want is within walking distance. I most definitely will be booking again and i look forward to coming back. Rossa Lynch

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

Nous avons passé un magnifique sejour dans la villa. La Villa était superbe et avec tout l'equipement nécessaire. Le quartier très calme et la piscine splendide. Les hottes sont toujours présents pour repondre aux questions ou autres. Nous recommandons vivement.

Beautiful villa. It’s got all you want. We went with the family and grandchildren. Just great for all of us. The villa has got all you need. A 15mins walk to Cabo roig where restaurants are but nice walk. We had shopping delivered which was fabulous and it was put away for us. Communication with David was fabulous, any questions we had he got back very quickly so thank you. Beach a couple of minutes walk. Lovely beach. Market on a Thursday. A great place for big families. Really relaxing. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and Pavo was a wonderful host. He contacted me in the week before we arrived to check our flight times and answer any questions. He was very flexible with our check-in time and met us at the villa to give us a tour. The villa is even better than the photos and description. So peaceful, very clean, and had everything we needed. We requested that the pool be heated and it was a lovely temperature which meant the children spent a lot of time in it. I would really recommend this villa. Thank you Pavo and team!

Elena y Silvia han sido anfitrionas estupendas. Nos recibieron muy cordialmente. Siempre han estado disponibles para resolver cualquier asunto. La casa es muy linda. Todo fue tal como indicado en la descripción de la casa. Aunque la playa está a un minuto de la casa, también disfrutamos mucho de la piscina de la casa y del jardin. Muchas cosas están a poco distancia. Con un coche sería mas cómodo. Todo fue perfectamente para nuestro grupo de 10. Pasamos una semana maravillosa y nos gustaría volver en otra ocasión. De todas podemos recomendar muchisimo la casa y las anfitrionas Silvia e Elena.

We had an amazing time! Lovely home situated in a residential complex with an amazing pool! 💕 Supermarket just around the corner which had everything we wanted and the bus stop is not far if you want to venture out for the day. Ela is a great host and very responsive - will certainly return!

Stian var en trevlig och hjälpsam värd, svarade alltid snabbt och var både lyhörd och flexibel. Huset är fantastiskt vackert och mycket praktiskt. Vi reste tillsammans med en annan barnfamilj, och hade allt vi kunde behöva i huset. Poolen är verkligen toppen. Planlösningen är mycket bra för att också få privat utrymme. Jag rekommenderar detta boende!

Дом выглядит лучше чем на фото. Просторные и чистые помещения. Возможность либо полностью сделать открытым помещение (почти все стеклянные ограждения полностью раздвижные), либо суперприватным (жалюзи есть на всех окнах). Чистый открытый бассейн, который автоматичкски чиститься несколько раз в день. Открытая крыша, что позволяет принимать солнечные ванны целый день. В шаговой доступности супермаркет с продуктами и семейный ресторан.

Rita, la persona que se encarga de la casa, muy amable. Sin duda, una buena casa para pasar unos días con la familia y disfrutar de su piscina y los alrededores.

Fabulous villa in an exclusive setting. Good gym, restaurants (which also do buffet breakfast) at the clubhouse and the associated WoW beach club were great additions to our stay. The villa had everything you needed to make the stay great and has been kept spotless compared to some of the other villas that we have rented in Las Colinas. There was a charcoal barbecue which we found useful. The pool and sun-lounger towel/covers were a real success.

We were a party of 8 (3 couples and two children). The house was the perfect size for us and the pool was a hit with everyone. The outdoor dining table and the space to congregate around the pool was very comfortable. The “grassy” area, front and back, was a hit with the kids. The place is fairly well equipped with kitchen amenities, but there is nothing available in terms of basics like salt, pepper, sugar etc. If you’re going to stay, be prepared to bring everything - including body wash, shampoo, pool towels etc. The location is quiet and safe, but a car is a must.

Villa as stunning as the pictures. Super clean, adequate facilities, host was great at responding to messages in a timely manner and appreciated the checkin that we were ok and everything as expected. Clear check out instructions. Despite confusing key collection information, we were met and shown around the villa which was lovely. The area is quiet and definitely need a car but that said it was nice to be in such a beautiful setting and go into town/beach when we felt the need. Recommend the Italian on site and mini market super helpful. Nature tails worth a visit. Already booked to return. Thankyou was a lovely villa/visit.
