Only 50 meters you have the restaurant Punta prima where you can taste some premium rice and fish and the beach bar of Punta prima beach where you can enjoy some great beach days. Only 300 meters you have pharmacies, supermarkets and all kinds of restaurants.

Nice reformed accommodation 50m from the beach

Completely renovated seaside apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice balcony with a dining corner and sun loungers. Just a few meters from the sandy beach of Punta Prima, the apartment is located in a very quiet and relaxing location, next to a promenade and a coastal path that connects it to the neighboring city of Torrevieja. It is very close to many quality restaurants and shopping areas, just a few minutes walk away.

New apartment with ocean views.

Take the whole family to this fantastic home that has a lot of room to have fun. The residential complex is new, recently finished, with three swimming pools, one of them for children, and a Jacuzzi. It is located at the seafront with spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset . The two beaches , the one AT PUNTA PRIMA and CALA FERRIS are walking distance. Stores, bars, restaurants are also within walking distance.
