Diana is an amazing host, many can learn from her, she was very responsive and helpful. The place is also positioned perfectly; initially we planned to rent bikes but everything is within walking distance, only using taxis after sundown. The pool and jacuzzi are well-maintained aswell as everything inside the apartment

It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed—including a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to cook meals during our stay. If any issues came up, Kathleen was always quick to respond and helpful, which made the experience even better. Just a heads-up: it’s best to have a car, as there’s not much within walking distance. But with a vehicle, you’re only 10–15 minutes from the lively central street of Playa del Carmen, where you’ll find plenty of entertainment, restaurants, and shops. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable stay. Definitely recommended!
