Villa vacation rentals in Punta Islita

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay! The house is gorgeous and the pool is amazing. The host was wonderful, responsive and truly cared. She was flexible and we would definitely stay there again. I wouldn't say this property is walkable by any means but lovely non the less!

This house was our home for a couple of weeks, and it was exactly right. It's beautiful and spacious, surrounded by lush landscape, wonderful details. It was the perfect location for us, as we were a group of friends all doing different things that were all accessible - surfing, yoga, ceramics classes, etc. The house was also great for everyone to hang out in the together comfortably and go swimming in the beautiful pool and make meals together. There was a beautiful pixote that visited, and a family of howler monkeys that ate the little papaya tree in the yard. Heaven! This place is perfect, and in a perfect location. Would book again for our next Nosara trip for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay — the view and the pool were just perfect for us. It was quite hot in Samara during our visit, and we felt the insulation could have been a bit better, as the apartment got pretty warm. While the AC helped cool down the bedrooms, the living area stayed quite warm.

La Perla is a lovely home and garden. We enjoyed our time, hanging around the house and pool...and we saw a lot of wild life right in the yard (howler monkeys, iguanas/lizards, crabs, parakeets, other lovely birds). It is a short walk to the beach to watch great sunsets or walk in the interesting tide pools. You are in close walking distance to Playa Hermosa (15-20min), which is the nicest beach for swimming in our opinion. Most importantly, you are not in the busy Santa Teresa stretch - you are north of it. The house is close to the road so you will hear traffic but not a huge deal and did not affect sleeps. Raphaelle was great at responding to any questions and providing suggestions. She arranged our transport to/from the airport and our ATV so that it was there when we arrived. The daily cleaning is also nice.

Very nice villa. Playa Carillo is absolutely beautiful and the villa was close to the beach and had great space and a wonderful kitchen for cooking. The parking is convenient and the pool and garden are beautiful.

This was our first time visiting CR and we were truly impressed with Mar's space. Everything was as described and Mar was kind enough to offer us local recommendations and suggestions while we were there. Would absolutely come back again!

Place was better than shown, host is great and area is very convenient especially if you are looking for a family vacation in a quiet place.

Villa Laya is truly spectacular. The house offers privacy and is very well designed offering spectacular views from every room. Bernice was a great host and was very helpful. I’ve stayed in a lot of AirBnb’s and this one was truly special. I seriously can’t recommend it enough!

We absolutely loved our stay in Nosara. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect - just a few minutes walk away from great food and Playa Palada and only a short drive (or slightly longer walk) from Playa Guiones. The pool at the house was super refreshing after a long day at the beach. Kattia was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. We couldn't have had a better stay or experience, thank you!

Wir haben einen ganzen Monat in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und haben uns rundum wohl gefüllt. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind grossartig. Die Ausstattung entspricht den Bildern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und in der Küche hat es alles was man benötigt, auch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt. Der tägliche Reinigungsservice war sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit Nathan hat sehr gut funktioniert und wir haben immer schnell Antwort erhalten. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We loved our stay. The location was perfect for us as we were able to walk to a beautiful beach. The property is part of a gated community that has beautiful landscaping that created privacy and a feeling of being surrounded by nature even though there are other properties near by. We didn’t realize that the pool was for the community and not private, but we had a lovely outdoor area to sit. The best thing about our stay were the thoughtful recommendations from Mike. He found out we had 3 teenage boys with us and recommended a full day of adventure including a private spot for waterfall jumping and restaurant recommendations. Thank you so much!

This was the best airbnb my friends and I have stayed at. I had the best week of my life in Santa Teresa, and I will absolutely be back! The location, the view, the pool...... it was all just perfection. Enjoy Villa Melody!

My wife and I had an amazing week at Villa Akoya. The home was immaculate when we arrived and came stocked with fresh fruit, wine and beer. The sunset views were nothing short of spectacular every night. The support team for the Villa are amazing. Milena, our concierge for our stay was incredibly helpful and kind, suggesting beaches to visit, things to do and restaurants at which to eat. She also arranged transportation for us when needed. Marta, the housekeeper, is there every day between 10a-2p. She keeps the place immaculate and does laundry if needed. The security guard was on duty every night from 5pm until 5am. He was visible but not intrusive. Maintenance kept the pool sparkling, grounds clean and Internet working. While the location is amazing and close to everything, it is also next to a beach access road which means you will hear some traffic (especially at sunset) and it won't feel particularly private. BUT we WILL be going back soon. Highly recommended!

En general la propiedad es impecable, las áreas comunes como la piscina y el rancho siempre estaban ordenadas. La casa preciosa y los anfitriones amables! Espero poder volver pronto :)

The place was amazing! They look cleaners and maid service was also friendly. The only problem is the raccoons drinking from the pool later at night and crawling on the roof but I think that’s out of their hands. Otherwise it’s the most central spot for anything around Santa Teresa and the host is so responsive!

Wij hebben hier een week verbleven met onze peuter en het was heerlijk! Het huis is heel schoon en heel goed uitgerust, aan alles is gedacht! Goed uitgeruste keuken; wasmachine en faciliteiten om schoon te maken, uitgebreid beddengoed, handdoeken en doeken voor het strand. Echt heel comfortabel en prettig, zeker met een gezin! Ik raad deze accommodatie zeker aan voor families met kleine kinderen. Het huis is ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Ook het contact met de host verliep goed en makkelijk, ze reageren heel snel en zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Iets om rekening mee te houden is dat de grotere supermarkten wat verder weg zijn (30 minuten rijden ongeveer) dus bijvoorbeeld op de dag van aankomst is het verstandig vooraf boodschappen te doen. Het huis ligt een beetje afgelegen, maar er zijn genoeg mooie stranden en leuke restaurantjes vlakbij!

The house and surrounding environment was incredibly we saw many animals including monkeys, butterflies, curious squirrels and many colourful birds where especially the hummingbirds gets very close to you if you wish. Anne-Laures is ever helpful and fast responding if you have questions about anything 😊. The place is literally almost in the jungle with a view above it and over the ocean and that is only a 10 minute drive in your 4x4 car. Beautiful home with a beautiful view. Shannon provides pretty much everything you need and Luis is alway available and responds to problems very quickly. It is a Costa Rican home in a newly developed forested area, so be aware you will have to deal with bugs and insects, more so than if you're used to staying in the lowlands.

As a group of 9, we stayed for 6 nights at Julie's place. It was such a great experience. The place feels very private and peaceful but close enough to restaurants, beaches and small shops. The outdoor pool is spectacular for the hot days and there is so much natural light and breeze through the house during the day. The beds are the most comfortable beds we've slept on in an Airbnb before. The house has 4 really large bedrooms on two levels and the spiral staircase took a bit of getting used to but are a beautiful focal point in the middle of the house. There is lots of wildlife around the property including howler monkeys (which we could hear but not see), parrots, geckos, iguanas and tons and tons of birds. The kitchen is simple but has absolutely everything you need. The location is amazing and is within 45 mins of many incredible beaches and restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely come back.
