This airy house has an open-plan kitchen - living room with many artistic, original details in local recycled woods; terrace, outdoor dining, hammock & garden. You can walk anywhere in minutes (beach, restaurants, farmers market, etc) & go barefoot to the beach! NOTE: We also now have AC (as of July 2026)!

The bungalow style apartment sits on the oceanfront of a local Sámaran family’s long-time property. It is one of the few tree-covered areas on Playa Sámara.
