Vacation rentals in Pulce

We really liked this house in a small Italian village because it is safe and peaceful. Marco sent us clear instructions about location and parking. We also had an accident and Marco helped us change our check-in time and gave us an adapter for the night to charge our phones. Sandra met us in the parking, she is nice and friendly. It was a pleasure to have a rest apartment.

La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y fluida en todo momento. En general, muy cómodo, aunque la cama del salón podría ser un poco más confortable. Aun así, nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva y sin duda lo recomendaríamos. ¡Gracias por todo!”

Almost everything was great, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Since Italy has stringent recycling and garbage disposal rules, it was unfortunate that the apartment did not have presort bins. Worse yet, the previous tenant lost the key card needed to dispose of miscellaneous waste (i.e. stuff that isn't simple paper, plastic, glass, or organic - which is more than one would think) so we needed to be rather creative about that. It would have been better had we been told about it ahead of time. The other oddity was that the dining table had only one chair, making it an awkward arrangement for two people. The kitchen counter had two stools but we needed that space for makeshift recycling bins. The apartment faces the courtyard which avoids all street noise but not air conditioning unit noise should you want to leave the window open. It's a 15 minute walk to the train station but 25 minutes to the old city center. However, bus service is plentiful. All in all, we would stay here again.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo trascorso 4 meravigliosi giorni nella casa di Andrea, posto meraviglioso e rilassante, immerso nel verde, silenzioso, ma comodo perché in 5/10 Min di auto si raggiungono tutti i servizi. Andrea è stato un host reattivo, amichevole e super disponibile, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Speriamo di tornarci, magari in estate, per gustarci ancora meglio il grande giardino.

Enrico is een zeer gastvrije host. Vanaf het eerste moment reageerde hij snel, dacht mee en nodigde ons uit om mee te eten. Hij gaf ons een warm welkom, liet met liefde het huis en tuin zien en gaf tips voor leuke activiteiten in de omgeving. Heerlijke plek om even tot rust te komen. We hebben genoten en komen als we onderweg of in de buurt zijn zeker nog een keer terug!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming countryside cottage! The cottage itself is beautifully decorated, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy living spaces to the fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace and sipping coffee while taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The location was ideal for exploring the countryside, with plenty of scenic trails and quaint villages nearby. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

Chalet bellissimo, pulito, ben arredato e provvisto di tutto. Ottimo per chi viaggia con i propri animali; il giardino è completamente recintato. La signora Anna è gentilissima. Le foto pubblicate non rendono; l’alloggio è più bello dal vivo. Sicuramente torneremo, poiché siamo stati veramente bene.

Fue una muy buena elección. Se encontraba en pleno centro pero a la vez la habitación era muy silenciosa. Estaba muy limpia y el detalle del desayuno ( dulces, café, infusiones,...) fue muy agradecido 😊. Hay buses, restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Francesco y Paolo fueron muy agradables y nos ayudaron en nuestras dudas. Pudimos dejar las maletas y disfrutar más de la ciudad. Repetiría si volviera a Bolonia!
