Great value for the money. The room's furnishings are not the newest, but everything is very clean, functional and you feel comfortable. The garden is a dream and the pool is great for cooling off and also offers enough shade. If the weather is bad, you can relax on the covered terrace. Many restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk away.

Our stay at Casa Cacao was great! Tito explained everything to us on our arrival and was available the whole time. He was very likeable! Thanks!!!! The house is very modern and surrounded by many beautiful plants. The beds were very comfortable and my son also enjoyed the sofa bed very much. A highlight for our children was the pool. The location was perfect for us: right around the corner from the national park and near the town of Cahuita. Since the house is close to the street, you can hear the traffic, which did not bother us. Good to know: any spices would have to be brought along if needed. My husband especially highlights the built-in Bluetooth boxes, which made the listening experience of Bob Marley perfect. We would come back anytime!

We spent 2 great nights in the house. We were greeted by Chana who is very nice and gives plenty of information and advice. In the garden, we saw toucans and wonderful birds and were awakened by the sound of howler monkeys. The kids remember it!! The accommodation is close to the beach, Cahuita and the park.
