Our carpenter house is located in the rural sector of Puerto Montt called Lauca, 30 kms from Puerto Varas, 27 kms from the city of Puerto Montt and 40 kms from El Tepual Airport. A place surrounded by native forest, where you can see Canelos, Tiacas, Arrayanes, Coigues, Ferns a few meters from a small river, besides listening to the singing of birds like the Chucao, Wed Wed, Woodpeckers and some frogs at night.

(Kilometer 25 of the southern highway) The cabin is located on one side of the road, easily accessible and located on one side of the owner's house within the site.
