Waterfront vacation rentals in Puerto Montt

The place is just as shown in the photos: modern, very clean and well-equipped. In addition, the location is excellent: in a quiet neighborhood but a few minutes walk from downtown Puerto Varas and the waterfront.

Second time we go to Pablo's depto and again an excellent experience. Pablo is a very good host, he supports you in everything you need. The apartment is exquisite, spacious and very equipped, in addition to being everything in perfect condition and a luxury location. We will definitely return a third time in the future.

Excellent place with all the amenities, in a quiet place that allows you to rest, the parking is for visitors, it is on a very nice beach, although there are no places to buy groceries that you can walk to

We’ve had a wonderful stay at Carmen and Pablo’s place. Both hosts are such warm and welcoming people, it was a pleasure to meet them! The apartment has an incredible ocean view and is meticulously clean and generously equipped. Everything is tasteful and beautiful with hosts’ artistic touch and care behind everything. A two-tower building complex is modern, safe and has allotted parking spaces and shared laundry room. It’s situated right at the start of the famous Carretera Austral, which we had continued our trip on eventually. Best memories of this cosy and comfy stay in Puerto Montt, highly recommended.

Very good accommodation facing the lake (literally) close to restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, a comfortable bed where you don't get cold. When it's very windy, a small whistle is generated that is solved by opening the bathroom window. The last night the power went out due to an accident that knocked down a pole, but the apartment had emergency lights so we were able to charge our cell phone and have light anyway.

Quiet place, located near the airport, ideal for those who need to be close and avoid the traffic of Puerto Montt. A cabin with everything you need to accommodate one person or a small family. Attentive host. Very nice check-in and check-out instructions, always attentive to answer my questions.

Beautiful home, bright, cozy located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A wonderful view and within walking distance of the lake. Cristobal is always attentive to inquiries and worried that we had the best stay. Highly recommended

The stay in the building was comfortable, good location, quiet, a nice lake view, clean, quite central, a price according to the stay. Except small details (Ex. TV without cable/antenna, access door to house that requires adjustment to close comfortably), is a fully recommended option to host in Puerto Varas.

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.
