House vacation rentals in Puerto Marino, Gran Alacant

Monique, her husband, and her friend were nothing short of amazing. Monique helped arrange transportation to and from the train station, and even offered to drive us anywhere we needed during our stay for way less than a 3rd party app would charge. They were some of the nicest and most welcoming people, and the property was gorgeous. About a 15 minute walk to the beach from the property, but it housed all of our party more than comfortably. One of the best if not best experiences anyone in the group has ever had with Airbnb and travel in general. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice relaxing vacation with no worries. Just left an amazing weeks stay at Jukka’s Villa. We had an amazing time, everything as described and Jukka was an amazing host, couldn’t have asked for anything more. There is everything you could need, he really has thought of everything! We will definitely be coming back.

A spacious modern villa with a great amenities and well equipped kitchen. The living room is very spacious and includes a huge smart TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. There is a fantastic pool which is heated and also has Jacuzzi functions. The outdoor area is very spacious. The villa is not overlooked and so provides excellent privacy. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus. Emelita and Mark were extremely friendly and met us at check-in to explain everything, and they always responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa. We hope to return later in the year.

We visited for our son’s first holiday, the villa had everything we needed. Beautiful home, clean, tidy. We felt right at home. Natali was amazing and responsive with any questions we had. Thank you for an amazing stay. Definitely will be back.

An immaculate house with everything we needed being available. Well equipped, and very clean. The pool was a little cold, but only because of the time of year. Lots of bars & restaurants in Nueva plaza, and the main square, and Mil Palmeiras around a 30 minute walk away. Palmera Blue responded to all our needs, arranged an early check in. followed up mid holiday, amd even prov9ded a bottle of cava on arrival. a really enjoyable stay.

Spacious accommodation, as described and carefully decorated. Close to the highway for those who wish to go to Alicante. It is complete in terms of equipment, kitchen materials, etc. We only stayed 4 nights but I think for an extended stay it is well suited. Comfortable bedding, same for the couch. Ideal dressing room and what you also need in bathrooms. Gianluca and Vanessa are responsive to messages.

It is a wonderful place to stay with a very nice terrace where you can enjoy the sunrise early in the morning. The Internet connection is very good in the house, especially if you work from there. The internet in the area is a bit difficult but you have your peace :) The pools on the premises are as described very clean and tidy. There are more locals living in the urbanization and that makes it nice and quiet. Luciana took wonderful care of us from arrival to departure. We will come back very, very gladly.

Great little town house in a quiet neighbourhood. The house was very clean throughout and the beds were comfy. Nice living space with a large TV and pool table. Communal pool was a short walk away and very refreshing. Lots to do in the surrounding areas and easy to get to and from places on foot. The host was very friendly and response time was very quick. Would highly recommend.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Sunny balcony. Stunning views. Right in the heart of Santa Cruz. You need to walk to this as this historic place was built way before cars. there is a drop off point at the end of the street if you do get a taxi. if not it's a 5 minute walk from the promenade and town hall.

This place was beyond beautiful, Manuel was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Accommodated us for early check in. It’s in a good location with Gran Alacant Centro Commercial 5 mins away. The pool was just around the corner with easy access. Manuel gave us a local taxi which took us everywhere. Will 100% be coming back with my family !!

We were several families of friends with children, very comfortable for everyone, the location in the middle of the village. An ideal weekend.

The apartment is well decorated and organized. The 2+2 stay was very comfortable. In front of the house you can have a coffee on the terrace. There is a school nearby and there is a bit of noise before 9, but it didn't bother us. Parking for car readily available. Walk to the beach, but we've always used the car anyway, so it wasn't a problem for us. Thank you for being able to check in early. We'd love to go back. Thanks for your hospitality

The house is great, it has everything you can ask for in the house, conpleted kitchen, it has a spectacular patio is huge, the beach 4 minutes with promenade with many bars and if you want to walk to Santa Pola in 40 minutes you arrive, by car 5 min. Luciana very kindly welcomed us and let us in before the hour, she put us several messages if everything was okay, she answers very quickly the messages, the truth that I would repeat this house. 100% recommended.

Everything is great, it lacks air conditioning in the lower part where there are 2 large beds because it's hot, the fans help, but otherwise, the house is phenomenal, I would stay here again

We were very happy with the stay. The house was clean, scented, decorated to the last details. It's equipped with everything you need for your stay. Located in a very quiet area. The terrace has a wonderful view of the airport, the sea and the city of Alicante. The owners Angel and Lina are very nice people who have a heart in the right place. They're helpful. They've been accommodating in everything. There was no problem communicating with them. They made us feel at home. We will definitely come back to this place again.

Jan's place was perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Jimena welcomed us and we had contact details if we needed any assistance during our stay. Jan made booking easy and was quick to respond to any questions. The pool area and other amenities were exactly as shown and described online. The outdoor areas was spacious with beautiful plants and the views were breath taking. We would highly recommend a stay at this lovely home.

We arrived on 1st February and received a kind welcome from Rosa who was extremely helpful, always responding quickly to our messages. A comfortable first floor apartment with a front facing balcony, table and four chairs. Loved the large, sunny, roof terrace overlooking the pool, distant mountains and partial view of the sea. The apartment was clean with plenty storage and well equipped for home cooking. A safe and quiet location with a salt water swimming pool. We enjoyed frequent walks to a lovely nature reserve with 2 lakes. The local shop and good selection of restaurants and bars were a few minutes walk. A 20 min. walk to beautiful Carabassi Sands and dunes. Aldi supermarket is only a 15 min. walk uphill. The Thursday market next to Aldi is excellent for purchasing fresh fruit and vegetables. Overall we had a great stay helped by hiring a car which allowed us to explore the area. Frequent buses to Santa Pola and Alicante are both worth a visit.

Maria Teresa responded within minutes of any query we had , and the apartment was spotless. Roof Garden was amazing . Swimming pool around the corner and short walk to the bars and restaurants on the Carabassi strip Would highly recommend this apartment and thanks for having us.
