Cozy three bedroom bungalow with large roof terrace. Ideal for big family or group of seven person. 10 min drive from Airport and beautiful (blue flag) beach Carabassi is only at 5-10 minute walk. The area is calm and the house is facing to a natural reserve. Bars and restaurants are at 150m. The housing is surrounded by garden area. There are lots of fountains, 4 private pools, kids play area, small gym area, football court etc! Area is surrounded by fences and very safe. Cars cannot enter.

There are also a few bars and a parking space! The nearest beach "Playa Carabassi " is 1.2 km away. The urbanization is located on a hill to the beach and you can also walk up to the mountain. We had an absolutely lovely stay, the local area was nice and calm, and felt safe to walk around. The beach was beautiful and clean, our little boy had a fantastic time there. The apartment was really comfortable and well-equipped. We stayed with a 19 month old toddler, the host supplied a big travel cot which was ideal for him to sleep, as well as a high chair, and some toys to entertain him. We felt there was plenty of space for him to move around safely and the bedroom where we kept the cot had lots of space which made bedtimes easier. The pool in the complex has a separate area for smaller children, which was very useful, and our host provided beach towels to use after a swim. The host was incredibly helpful, gave us lots of great recommendations for the local area, and was very responsive to our questions, she went above and beyond to help us!

Incredible welcome from Monique at her accommodation, an exclusive and pleasantly surprising experience. The house is located in a residential development with good views towards Alicante and the Mediterranean Sea, with easy street parking. It has all the luxury details to spend a stay with all the amenities, it should be noted how clean and tidy everything was. Without a doubt, Monique makes everything work so that your stay there leaves you with a good memory. I will definitely go again when I go to Alicante.

The place is super comfortable. It is a 10-minute walk from the beach, the area is very quiet, everything was in perfect condition, super clean. Communication with Salvador was excellent, always very friendly and cordial. He was available from the moment we arrived. Perfect access, the car can be left in front of the house without any problems. The city is beautiful for vacations. It's a recommended place for a great and quiet vacation. We loved it.

Everything was as described. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The beds comfortable. Carlos was easily accessible. After arrival, a small tour of the house was done and everything explained again. The pools are very nice and also suitable for small children. The Urba was quiet overall and also clean. We can recommend the house.

The entrance of the maisonette is characterized by a set of tiled steps leading to a covered porch. Two chairs are positioned on the porch, framed by decorative railings. The surrounding area features light gravel and a neatly maintained exterior.

The location was exactly where we wanted to be. We have friends in Gran Alacant and it was easy meeting up with them in Centro Comercial within walking distance. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. We'll equipped for a holiday. We ate out mostly at restaurants close by, but the kitchen had everything you need for cooking. We would recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to book in the future if we visit. again. Jackie and Kevin.
