If the rules are not met, I will be forced to communicate it to the platform, since I am having very bad experiences lately with more than 30 people entering the house and they are destroying it. The house is not for that kind of parties. For each person that enters without informing me, it would be €100 more

Our apartment is located next to the San Martín bridge, one of the most beautiful corners of the old city. Beautiful, cozy, very bright and fully equipped for 4 pax. From its windows you can enjoy beautiful views. It is accessible by car and has a parking space. It is very close to public transport and has a nice walk to the city center through the entire neighborhood of the Jewish quarter and its most emblematic places.
