Architectural digest worthy treehouse of sorts, in the heart of Cozumel. Hardwood furniture and cedar create a lovely space. Just The bedroom has very cold ac. Big, full kitchen. Delicious breakfast included daily.

we loved the Apartment. You have everything you need. It was very clean. There is a lot of space. I wished I could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay there again.

Such a beautiful, unique location we stayed in the city, so it was nice to have a couple days out in the jungle definitely will return!! The hosts are amazing!! It’s easier to find before it gets dark. After that super easy to find. Recommend for a break away from the fast pace life.

We had a fantastic 10 night stay at Holly’s apartment. We found it incredibly walkable to the main touristy areas but enough off the beaten path that we were able to enjoy some tranquility at night and in the mornings. The 72 beach is within 10 mins walk and it’s one of the nicer and less crowded public beaches. There are some incredible restaurants close by like Tropical Tacos and P’tit Shoux. You’re also within 15 mins walk to a supermarket. The rooftop pool is small and the roof is never crowded. The folks in the building were super kind. We did have a minor issue when we arrived that holly was incredibly responsive to and she exceeded our expectations in her response and solution focused attitude. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Sandro‘s place is cute, quaint and rustic - great for the digital nomad who wants to live in simplicity. My favorite thing about this place is the little patio right outside the front door, which I spent many days working from and having my morning coffee on. The Wi-Fi is fast-enough for basic tasks including video calls. The property is very safe, with a locked gate leading into the patio area, another locked gate on the front door, a lock on the bedroom door, and a safe inside the bedroom. It’s on a relatively quiet street (compared to La Quinta) and the neighbor that lived above me, was also respectful and quiet, which shows that Sandro selects good people to stay in his places. I was also grateful for the gas stove and the full-size fridge. (This seems like a weird thing to say but so many places in Mexico only have silly little mini fridges.) Sandro’s staff are friendly and, most importantly, they respond immediately to issues you may have. Thank you Sandro for the experience!

We had a great couple of nights at Martha's place. Gustavo, her on-site assistant was very helpful, and Martha was also reachable and very flexible, e.g, we could leave our belongings after the official checkout time with no problems. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, even with some snorkeling gear that we could use. My only issue was the loud fan noise coming from outside in the mornings, assumedly from the AC of the ground-floor restaurant. Otherwise, dedpite being centrally located, the place is quiet and peaceful.

George was a wonderful host. He took me around to show me so many places to go and see. He took me grocery shopping and we went out for breakfast at a very local yummy restaurant. I loved the privacy of the location and it’s so close to the airport. Unfortunately, it was a bit far for me to go out at night as I was alone. Bed and pillows were super comfy. I enjoyed my stay and felt safe. Thanks George!

This is a good place to stay with all family, means all sisters, brothers, nice, nephews, brothers in law and more, there is space and beds for everyone!, they are so professional in their attention to us. We will be back for sure!

Our stay at Carmen's was incredible. It is right in the heart of all the action in Playa del Carmen. Literally seconds to the beach. You are in the middle of the shopping. You can walk to Starbucks, 7-11 and even McDonalds (if you want that). The house is a great size with 2 large bedrooms, each having their own beautiful bathrooms with huge walk in showers. Everything we needed was in the large kitchen. it felt like an authentic Mexican house. We felt at home there. You are secure behind an entry gate. Sit on the front porch area and enjoy a coffee/drink or take in your private pool in the back in full seclusion from everyone. The local people are amazing (go to Donalds place across the way! he's great!!). We felt so safe and accepted. There have been comments about not being able to flush toilet paper. This is not specific to Carmen's home. This is just something done in the area. I'm Canadian and used to this in our northern cottages. Not a big deal. She even provides a safe!

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

The house is amazing, very spacious and with hammock included. It is away from the tourist area but it costs about 70 pesos to go by taxi. The good thing is that it is a quiet area and has emerald beach and another very close that are very nice. Very quick and friendly owners as we asked for some favors and they accepted us without a problem We for our part were careless with the cleaning in the house but they contacted me and it was resolved quickly Highly recommended

Comfortable and safe house, the service is very good from the owner. It's just that it's a maze to find the housing unit, very few arrival options

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

We felt right at home at Maribel's place. It was clean, and comfortable, peaceful, and private. We would definitely stay again.

We would highly recommend staying at Nahouse. Despite the neighborhood under construction and the road not yet finished, the Nahouse lodges are a very good setting for a stay in Tulum a little away from the Pueblo. Very good communication with the host who is very responsive.

The perfect place with all the comforts as if you were in your own home and Martha is lovely, responsive to the moment and always super friendly.

This was a perfect location to stay in. Walkable to the beach and popular 5th avenue, but in a lovely, leafy location. The apartment was in a shared building. Concierge helped us to locate the apartment, check in and book a taxi when we left. All extremely organised. The bonus was the turtles outside which we loved saying hi to every day! Would highly recommend!

I just spent three magical months at Kara's place. It was absolutely perfect. Kara was always very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exactly what I was hoping for. Her place is beautiful, with an amazing rooftop terrace and plunge pool (which is where I spent most of my time!!). Easily walkable to everything one would ever want (restaurants, shopping, beach, grocery stores, etc). I am already planning a return - longer next time! Writing this review wasn't easy - just because there is no way to capture just how comfortable and taken care of Kara made me feel. Hacienda San Jose is a truly magical place!

Clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the cruise ships coming in. Taxis are easy to get into the square, about 100-150 pesos. Walkable to Oxo convenience store and a really good Cafe Coco for coffee and breakfast. Gorgeous pool! Host was always extremely responsive.

Gabriela is an incredible host- far exceeded expectations! The condo was just like the photos and very clean. It’s in a developing neighborhood with some fantastic nearby restaurants within a short walking distance. There is construction on the street which the host mentions in the posting. It can be noisy most days (except Sunday) but we just put our headphones on and still enjoyed the outdoor spaces. One minute away is a small Cenote! And at least 3 others within travel distance on bikes or a scooter. It is about a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. You can walk to downtown Tulum (15 mins?) from the condo, some directions will lead you through some quite impoverished areas to get there. However, Tulum feels extremely safe and welcoming at all times. We loved our visit and our stay! Immerse yourself in the Mexican culture and you will love it too!

The accommodation was exactly what we were looking for. If you want to move between several municipalities or districts of the Riviera Maya, this is the place to be. Very close to 5th Avenue and close to Mamita Beach. The parking lot and Carlos' communication were effective. Best of all, the process was extremely reliable.

Nelly and her home were wonderful! The home is in a great location and looks just like the photos. It's very close to the busy life of PDC, but just tucked away enough that you're able to retreat to the peacefulness of Nelly's home and recharge for the next adventure. The personal pool was a very nice feature to enjoy as well. Even prior to our arrival, Nelly was very helpful and detailed with her instructions. The photos she sent were amazingly helpful upon arrival, and the check-in process was easy. Nelly is very responsive and provided a well-stocked home. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to Nelly's home again.

Everything matches the description if not better in person. Everything you need at your fingertips. House was clean and up to date with good air conditioning and easy access. I will return in the future. Very fare on the pricing and very close to everything you want to do in playa for sure. Great host too JFK
