We loved the stay! We’ve stayed in a good amount of houses on this beach and this one is our favorite! The house attendant Eric who is the chef is the best!! Can’t say enough, he’s so nice makes the best food and it’s a killer deal. We usually like to go out to a few expensive nice restaurants while we are there, we went to one and all decided Eric’s cooking is better so we canceled our other reservations and ate at the house for all the meals! Definitely add that. The house is perfectly clean and in great shape. It’s set up perfectly and we can’t wait to come back! Jeff was great to work with and we even had to change the dates of our trip and he was more than accommodating! We can’t say enough about our stay.

This rental was in the perfect location! So close to the beach and 38th. We ended up barely going to 5th, but that was close too. We ate almost every meal on 38th. Every restaurant was delicious! The pool was great, not busy at all. Plenty of chairs and beds to choose from. The pool bar opens at 12 and closes at 7 I think. We did see people having coffee and maybe some food there in the morning at one point, but we aren't sure what they have as far as that goes. We did not see another breakfast option at the condos. The room is 1 floor above the building entrance to the right. Balcony looks out over trees and then Martina beach club is a block in front of that. We liked the privacy of looking out over trees. I will say on Saturday, the beach club was playing very loud music until 6 am. You could hear it thumping all night, even with the fan on. It didn't ruin our trip and we would stay here again, just something to keep in mind. Every other night was quiet.

Beautiful condo, perfect location! Fernando’s recommendations were amazing and extremely helpful! We were very grateful for his help with questions about the area. We would definitely stay here again!

The place is great, Good climate, very good location, to go for a walk to the 5th is perfect...basic amenities but perfect, the reception girl is super friendly... I would only recommend having the parking space for the car already secured. If I would return Thank you!

Excellent place to stay, the location is amazing, very close to the beach and 5th Avenue where you have access to different restaurants and shopping. Despite being close to 5th Avenue, the noise from the nightlife was never a problem, so I highly recommend it for a few days of relaxation. The only thing is that if you bring a car, the place does not guarantee a place to park and you have to park on the street, paying a parking meter at certain times.

This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

Exactly as advertised - this is a piece of paradise. Natalie was very helpful, and her suggestions were spot on. The private cenote tour she recommends is one of the greatest things our family has ever experienced. We rented an electric golf cart for our week stay, as one of our family members tires when walking in the heat. We drove it to restaurants every day and were glad for it, although without mobility issues no cart would be needed as everything is walkable. Such an incredible location. We loved the beach access, the snorkelling, the pool, the balcony, the easy walk to snorkel in the lagoon, and also with turtles. The house keepers kept the place spotless. We took Natalie's advice and pre-arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport, and we stopped for groceries on the way. If you plan to cook, pre-shopping is a must.

Being a host myself I read reviews and want a clean safe place. This place checked all those boxes and more. This was a girls trip for my friends birthday We felt safe and well takin care of. We ordered groceries ahead of time so they were in the room when we arrived . Joel works in the office and was ABSOLUTELY so nice and helpful. All of the staff here work so hard. If you want a nice condo by the ocean don't hesitate to book . I would absolutely stay here again and trust me when I say I am picky. This is my second time staying here. This building is so clean and the owners keep on top of the maintenance. I felt safe each time I stayed here and I will stay here again and again.

Wow, what a place and what a host! I don’t really know what to say here other than the place is perfect and even better in real life, Terrence is an absolute joy to communicate with and we are super grateful to have spent the first leg of our 2 week holiday here. The area is lovely and quiet with an OXXO up the road (5 mins walk) and ‘walking beach’ down the road (20 minute walk with kids, quicker otherwise!). Highly recommend seeking out Crocodile Lagoon (walk to beach then follow the coast south as the route on google maps was blocked when we tried that), enter the jungle at the trash can/bin and follow it around and you’ll make it to the lagoon, just don’t tell anyone - it was so peaceful and the kids (10/6) loved swimming with the many fishes amongst the peace and quite. Highly recommend this place. If you don’t have a car, take the collectivo from the highway outside the resort entrance in either direction. Cross the road if you want to go to Akumal/Tulum direction. Enjoy :)

excellent place and location right on the beach! the pool and garden is also very beautiful. Perfect for our relaxing vacation in nature... it is located away from the more popular touristy area and in a large private condominium complex so it was very peaceful with lots of wildlife to see.

Andres' place is beautiful. The view is really lovely. The location really could not be better. 38th Street (nearby) is our favorite for restaurants and the beach is very close and accessible. The 5th floor apartment is high enough that it was quiet at night. Andres was always helpful and responsive. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in the perfect location. The building amenities were great- and all staff was very friendly and responsive. There is noise from the neighboring beach club- but it was not late at night and did not bother us at all. It was a fantastic stay!!! I would return

We loved our stay at this home! The team was friendly and gave us great recommendations for food and fun for the kids. The location was perfect as we explored nearby cenotes, the water park, Tulum and playa del Carmen. We loved being right on the beach and the team there worked hard to clear the seaweed so it was never a problem for us. We loved using their kayaks and the kids loved the pool. When we did have an unexpected issue with the door, they were quick to respond and get it fixed. We are happy our family chose to stay at this wonderful place! Thank you.

We loved our stay. Amelia was very kind and welcoming. The interior was well appointed and very comfortable, and the grounds were well-maintained and accommodating. Very relaxing.

The home was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful and welcoming. The only issue was an unpleasant odor coming from one of the bathrooms, which we discovered was due to the toilet brush. Once we identified the source, we placed the brush in the backyard, and the smell was no longer a problem. The home was clean, the instructions were clear, and the property itself was stunning—just steps away from the beach. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Armando and Andrea are amazing caretakers and are very attentive. The views were stunning, it was incredibly spacious, in a great location, and walkable to many restaurants and the beach. We fit two families there very comfortably. The children had a blast and so did the adults. We’ll book this place again for sure.

We had a magical week at Adolfo’s place with our family of 5 adults and 2 kids. The location is spectacular and the kids loved being able to play on the beach and jump in the pool. Early risers will love the sunrise view from the beach. The location itself is an amazing jumping off point to enjoy Akumal (great taco spots in town!), Tulum, and local cenotes and eco parks. We were a bit anxious about not having AC in the main living area but the breeze was beautiful and it allowed us to really embrace indoor/outdoor living. The caretaking staff are wonderful and very helpful - they helped us arrange for massages at the house and kept the property meticulously clean. We also took advantage of Chef Carlos’s services and are so happy we did. The house itself is very comfortable. Showing its age in places but we appreciated it being un-fussy - especially with young kids. The kitchen is well-appointed with dishes but you’ll need to bring your own basic cooking supplies.

This place is heaven! I now understand why this place has a perfect review score: it truly lives up to all of the expectations set, and then some. The house is super peaceful and private-with two very helpful and friendly caretakers onsite when needed, but totally out of your way when not. We basically lived in the pool and adjacent palapa and just lounged for 5 days in this small slice of paradise. Don't expect to swim in the ocean (we got lucky and the sargassum subsided 1 afternoon) -- but its not an issue at all. The pool is amazing + there are so many cenotes and swimming spots within a 5-20 minute drive (15 mins from Xelha, highly recommend). The inside is exactly everything a couple needs - it felt like a luxury suite at a 5 star resort. Large comfy bed, nice bathroom, and decent sized kitchen and living room -- all super clean and well stocked. We grocery shopped and cooked a few meals + there are many decent restaurants within a 5-20 min walk or short drive. We will be back!

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay at La Joya. The location is beautiful. The condo was spotlessly clean. The daily housekeeping was a nice treat. The ocean view and ocean access for snorkeling was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about our stay at the bungalow on the beach at Bahia Soliman. The house was beautiful in a unique, casual, and authentic regional Mayan palapa style, fitting the location perfectly. That contributed to an overall ambience of tropical tranquility. The beach is lovely, and right out your door. The water is a vibrant turquoise and warm, views stunning. Our family of 6, including 2 toddlers, all came away feeling like we had the most relaxing vacation in a long time. Much of that relaxed feeling was due to our fabulous onsite staff. Our chef, Fabian, prepared us delicious food; everything from classic Mexican fare to regional Mayan specialties, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He accommodated our dietary restrictions and toddler requests with ease. He even packed us a fabulous lunch to go for flights home at the end of our stay. Carlos and Ismael kept the house clean and tidy at all times. They helped with concierge service and every request with pleasure
