Everything was perfect, the photos don't do it justice, having the private pool is the best, very pleasant and relaxing. Olivia is very friendly and excellent communication, she supported me at all times. I definitely recommend it, you won't regret it. It's easy to get around the area and very quiet. Thank you very much for all the support and ultimately 100% recommended.

The place is very nice, I went with my family and we felt right at home. It has all the amenities and provides many things that help you enjoy the beach. Alonso answered our questions very quickly. Excellent and comfortable place, I would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend it

We were a group of 3 retired couples that stayed for 30 days at Laura’s place. We loved the area! Gated , safe area, secure property. Walked to beautiful beach , and restaurants, convenience stores. The house was nice and very well stocked. Rooftop was great! The community was very friendly and helpful

Comfortable and safe house, the service is very good from the owner. It's just that it's a maze to find the housing unit, very few arrival options

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

Fantastic Apartment one of my favourites and I’ve travelled a lot! Clean, homely love the garden. Also very reactive if there is any issues. Location is amazing exactly where we wanted with everything being 5-10 mins walk that we could need. Will come back!

We had a wonderful golf trip with friends, and Marcos beautiful home took the trip to another level, house was exactly as described and more, very nice amenities which were really appreciated after a day of golfing

Amazing condo. I’ve stayed at A-BNB all over the world and this was by far the best. The place is gorgeous. Amazing location within the complex. Fully operational kitchen. Even little touches like soap, shampoo, etc made it that nicer. Michelle is a wonderful host and we have already booked again with her. Cannot give this whole experience enough stars!!!!

Beautiful home situated just outside the main part of town. Easy to get to from the airport or Ferry. Minutes away from all the action and very cozy when you’re there. I’ve stayed here twice and plan on staying again.

The condo was spacious, beautiful, and immaculate, as shown and described in the photos and listing. Juliana was very responsive every time I reached out. The water heater went out during our stay. I messaged Juliana and within 5 hours, the water heater was replaced and we had hot water again. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. In addition to the great condo, was the view and the fabulous pool. The pool was so large, that it never felt crowded. We will stay here again the next time we visit Playa del Carmen.

it was a pleasant experience you have many amenities a lot of privacy nadien annoys you. of coming back I will come back to look for this house. the excellent security. the excellent maintenance people let us in 1 hour before very friendly.. they answer your messages fast.. in this house pass one of my best vacations the pools completely clean. all around you shops restaurants .

this place was absolutely beautiful!!! the grounds are magical, you can take trails to parks, splash pads, and cenote. there was wild life everywhere. it was beautiful. my 3 year old LOVED it. the place is also very safe. you have to go through 2 different security gates to get to he property. we had a few issues and Jessica immediately responsed and had some to come fix everything whenever we were available. she continued to to check to ensure we were having a nice stay. I would highly recommend.

We loved our time at Jacqueline’s apartment! The bedrooms are bigger than they appear in the photos and the apartment is well-laid out. It seems brand new and very homey. Despite being very centrally located, it was quiet at night and we slept well. It was great for a family. Jacqueline was extremely responsive, kind and helpful. The security guards were kind and friendly. Walkable to almost everything in Playa. There was filtered water provided and even a beach chair, umbrella and sand toys. We would absolutely recommend this stay to others! One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. My one disappointment was the strong smell of cigarette smoke on the balcony but that was because of other smokers on balconies in other units as they all face each other. This is not something Jacqueline can control, but something to note if that bothers you. We didn’t really use the balcony for this reason. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Jacqueline! We had so much fun!

We had a great time staying at Kelley’s for the week we were in Cozumel. It is a perfect location- walkable to the downtown area while still far enough away to find peace and calm. The living space is large enough for a nice hangout spot and the kitchen is very usable. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great house to relax in and great location to explore the Riveria Maya!

Staying with Sebastian and his family at Tortuguita Natural Home was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were embraced with warmth, kindness, and a genuine sense of community. This home is not just a place to stay—it’s a living expression of love, deeply rooted in tradition and cultural heritage. We came to Playa with a list of things to do, but ended up doing none of it—and we wouldn’t have it any other way. What we received instead was something far more valuable: an unexpected journey into the heart of what it means to live like a local. Sebastian and his family invited us into their world, sharing stories, meals, laughter, and moments that no guidebook or itinerary could ever offer. The memories we made here go beyond photos; they live in the heart. Tortuguita Natural Home is a rare and beautiful place, and we left feeling not like guests, but like extended family. We’re forever grateful for the experience.

Our stay was really great, and we had a housekeeper & gardener who came in daily to deal with the upkeep of the property. The house was even nicer that the pictures and the beds were super comfortable. The house was truly a home away from home. Fernando was an amazing host always responsive & very helpful. My family truly enjoyed our stay & will definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to Playa del Carmen.

We loved Lori’s place. It was located away from town but easy to get to places using her scooter. We were scuba diving, so the close proximity to the marina was great. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the birds and lounging poolside on our down time. The condo had everything we needed to cook delicious meals. And much thanks to Alan who provided us with transportation to/from the airport. He also had wonderful recommendations for great places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.
