Great place and location

Great place with a great host. Little overpriced but a great location.

The apartment is very private, it allowed us to be at peace and safe, everything was as published and offered by the host, it is a very complete apartment. The terrace was divine and had a beautiful view at sunset. My only observation would be that the cleaning was done with too much vinegar and about 2 days passed and the house still had a very strong smell, but it is understood that it is due to cleaning issues 🙂

We had a wonderful stay here! I brought my in-laws (in their 70s), my husband, and 3 year old son. There was something for everyone. Peaceful location but steps away from everything - the beach, 5th ave, etc! The rooftop pool is amazing. The drinks are good, and it was never crowded. The AC was awesome and the beds were clean and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home!

I had a great stay, I travelled alone and was there for 6 days. The place is a bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants, so just make sure you’re up for that. The space itself was really clean & looked like the pictures. My only issue was that the shower had a really awkward placement next to the toilet, but that’s really my only complaint.

Great condo, with lots of amenities: pools, bar, saunas, etc. Very responsive hosts. Great location, near 5th Ave, close to the beach - 5 min walk. Definitely recommend 👌

Betty welcomed us in an admirable way. Our hosts listened to our needs and questions and responded quickly to our calls. The condo is easy to maintain, complete and still fairly well-equipped. The beds are firm, and clean. There is plenty of storage space. Safe and quiet close to the swimming pool and children's games, the condo is really close to restaurants, grocery stores, and several other services. Everything about it is excellent The only small negative point we highlight is the absence of the BBQ that in the description is included. In fact, it's available on request with a security deposit... and we need to put it back clean. Otherwise a fee of 250 pesos is charged for cleaning. To conclude on a positive note because this site deserves it more; we keep the address as a note for our next vacation in this area and highly recommend it to other vacationers.

Probably the best Airbnb I've stayed in. Easy check in, right by 5th Avenue and beach clubs. The apartment was clean, plenty of towels and refreshments. The windows are all tinted so noone can see in, small balcony that's great. Very spacious bed and bathroom with an additional toilet. Quiet area. Highly recommend.

The place is well located, there is a supermarket nearby and it is close to the center of Playa and the federal road that connects to the whole state. Ideal if they are going by car. The subdivision is very family and quiet, the security people were very kind. The house is very well equipped to make the stay comfortable. Communication was always punctual and very clear. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect

The apartment is very spacious, the photos do not describe the proportions well since it is larger than what you can see, the beds are double and the mattresses are very comfortable. There is an Axxo very close by and the main one is a couple of streets away, taxis are constantly passing by. It's about 10 minutes from downtown Playa del Carmen (Chedraui). There are very nice beaches nearby, I recommend Playa 88. In general, everything was fine, both Christian and Mrs. Lulu were attentive and kind with some questions I had. I highly recommend your stay. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay in Akumal. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids (infant, 3,6) and the place was well set up for our group. The beach was beautiful and so accessible right out the back door, the pool was perfect for the kids, and the outdoor space was so comfortable and inviting. The neighborhood was peaceful and relaxed. There was a portable crib available for the baby. We had chef Carlos come for a few breakfasts and dinners and the food was amazing-such a treat. We visited Akumal Natura Rescue, the Tulum ruins, and Yax-kin cenote, all wonderful and close by. Would highly recommend this place.

Our host Beto was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. He also provided information on things to do around Cozumel and even negotiated two Catamaran trips. We sincerely hope to come back and visit this home. Some highly of Cozumel: The Money Bar, El callejón de la Diez (local eats and drink), Los tacotales (eats), Kondesa (haute eats)

The hosts are very proactive. They respond very quickly. The house is really beautiful, comfortable and well decorated. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. There is also everything you need for children. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. Restaurants, grocery stores and local shops are nearby. We would definitely recommend it.

Excellent apartment, everything was impeccable, it has little that was built, they took care of every detail to have an excellent stay with quality things, sheets, pillows, very comfortable mattress to have a good rest. In the bathroom everything of very good quality, new towels, hair dryer, good shower, good sink with everything you need to be very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils to prepare food, the refrigerator was a good size, microwave, coffee maker, blender, stove, all this very good brand and quality. As for the building is very nice for being new, it has 24-hour security, a small gym and on the rooftop a very clean pool as well as a terrace with barbecue and armchairs. The location is very good, you are a few steps from 5th avenue and the area is very quiet, there is no loud music, the beach is a few blocks away, as well as being close to several restaurants and supermarkets, excellent service, 100% recommended, for you to enjoy.

We appreciate Karey's willingness to help. The accommodation has everything you need for a good vacation. If you like golf, it's the perfect place. It is advisable to have a vehicle for greater comfort. But the neighborhood has transportation to get to the beach. The pool is always clean. The complex's hotel restaurant and bars have different prices for guests. 100% recommended. The only suggestion I would make (for those of us who like to sleep in) is to put darker curtains on the bedroom windows. Everything was perfect, the location, security, cleanliness, and the host's attention. Greetings, we'll be back soon.

We had a great stay here with our family. The apartment was in great condition. Very spacious and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, gallon drinking water was provided which was so nice. Very comfortable beds, extra linens, pillows and towels. Blackout curtains. Great location, easy access, safe. Pool was great for relaxing. Easy instructions and recommendations. The location is walkable to beach and 5ta avenida with lots of shopping, a lot of restaurants around at walking distance. Restaurant right in front of apartments with delicious food. Sandra was great, communicated well and flexible and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay would definitely book again.

You can’t beat the location of this property. One block off 5th Ave and a taxi stand on the corner.

Marian's condo is perfect and better than the pictures. I've done a lot of Airbnb and it's the cleanest and most equipped I've had! It is within walking distance to everything, a little noisy some nights but that's normal it's the city of PDC! The 2 bathrooms in the accommodation were very useful because we were 4 people. We had breakfast every morning on our balcony facing the pool, which we also enjoyed. Lots of amenities are available, beach chairs, 2 parasols, beach towels, 2 coffee machines, smoothie blender, books, games, puzzles... really a place that I recommend 100%. Marian is also very friendly and the people in charge of the establishment too! Everything was perfect, thank you!

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.

I was new to booking an Airbnb and didn’t understand a few things. I wasn’t happy with Airbnb’s initial resolve however, John and Valerie were very understanding and quickly worked with me through the process to a happy conclusion. The Condo was very spacious, close to the airport and close to town. It’s located north of town which is always more peaceful and away from the cruise ship crowds. Yet close enough for a quick cab ride or bicycle if you have one. The view from the outside porch is spectacular and you get to wake up to that same few from the master bedroom windows. We’ve been to Cozumel annually for the last 30 years. This was one of our best trips ever.
