Vacation rentals with lake access in Puerto Aventuras

The host is always very responsive, villa is nice with 3 rooms with own bathroom, so perfect to stay with 3 couples. Beach is close by, but Akumal lagoon is more beautiful to swim with turtles.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Wij vonden de studio zelfs mooier dan op de foto's! Erg mooie cenote op het terrein en een fijn zwembad. Supermarkt is dichtbij, wat ook erg fijn is.

Súper atentos desde el momento de la reservación hasta el momento de la salida, instrucciones muy claras, muy amables todo muy bien. En cuanto a la casa, todo lo que describe es tal cual está. La casa muy cómoda y el lugar muy tranquilo para poder descansar y salir a caminar muy tranquilos. Muy limpio todo. Muy recomendado.

Muy agradable la casa muy cómoda para mi familia cumplió con las espectativas tuve un detalle con el clima y me resolvió Vane con abanicos mientras lo arreglaban siempre estuvo al pendiente de mis necesidades la vdd todo excelente la alberca la disfrutamos muchísimo hasta pedimos comida ese día de relax no batallaron con la dirección, Si regreso con gusto

Antonio‘s house was absolutely wonderful and everything we hoped for. The outdoor living space is phenomenal and where we spent all of our time when at the house. The kitchen was well equipped, and if there was anything that we needed, we were provided it after asking. Each bedroom was comfortable and had its own bathroom, a bonus when traveling with other people. If Antonio offers for you to visit his glamping facility and take the jungle tour, take him up on it! It was one of our favorite parts of the trip. A couple things we were unaware of the pleasantly surprised by: - The house comes along with a housekeeper that stays a minimum of two hours per day. She is incredibly sweet and will assist with anything you may need, whether it be dishes, laundry, cooking etc. - The house itself is in a gated community. Shame on us for not researching the area so we were quite surprised, but also ended up having a really fabulous time with so much going on around us. There were tons of restaurants, a beautiful beach, great areas to walk around, and lots of close towns to visit. We did not rent a car so so we ended up renting a golf cart to get around Puerto Aventuras. This worked out fabulous and just provided an extra element of fun for the trip. All of the locals seem to be taking Covid extremely serious. That was a bonus for us and much appreciated when visiting different areas. Thank you Antonio and Ayda!

Simone’s cenote retreat was a dream! We loved our time in the jungle at this special villa. Very comfortable couch and beds, a well appointed kitchen and amazing surroundings. We got to swim in two private cenotes on the property and woke up early to see sleeping monkeys in the treetops from the giant deck. We are already dreaming about returning. Thank you for hosting us!

We wanted a quiet, safe, beautiful, comfortable place right on the Yal Ku Lagoon in Akumal with easy access into the lagoon and a private pool. The lagoon is a beautiful place to snorkel & its right out of the back door. This place delivered all of that!!! You get free snorkel gear from the Lagoon Park a 3 minute walk away. We found 2 restaurants we loved in easy walking distance & others a 5 minute drive away.The guards for the gate were so friendly & nice. Bikes are available too. If we needed anything- like more filtered water it was promptly delivered. Having the pool & hot tub all to ourselves was great!!! We were a family of grandparents, 7 year old grandson & his parents & our other adult son.

This condo is wonderful. Spacious, clean and comfortable. A/C in every room if you need it. Good modern kitchen. Super comfortable couches with a huge TV in the living area. Nice to have the washer/dryer available right in the unit. The location is great, right on the marina, easy to walk or a short drive to the restaurants, etc. The grounds are very well maintained and the swimming pool is great for a refreshing dip or a place to hang out and relax. Convenient reserved parking right out front. Danely is super responsive, friendly, and very helpful with anything you may need. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Lots of bars and restaurante around the area. Place looks exactly like the pictures, on top of that, the host was amazing! Very respectful, communicative and provided us with lots of recommendations when asked

Loved staying here with my family. The place is clean, quiet and with beautiful surroundings. Master room and living room balconies face the pool. The host is very friendly and flexible.

The host was always responsive. He had co-hosts on the property that would promptly help in anyway. The communication was amazing! The condo was clean and beautiful. Great wi-fi for work or school.

Great stay at their Marina Mia apartment. Puerto Aventuras is quite a large gated community of condos, houses, apartments and hotels, there is a large marina backed complex of bars, restaurants and shops and this apartment is easily walkable to both the main beaches and the Marina in around 10-15 minutes but if you want a golf buggy these are rentable from a few different vendors. The apartment has loads of space and the facilities are excellent, the bed in the master bedroom is so big and comfy. Fans and air con worked well. It is really well equipped, though the listing said snorkelling equipment was there so we didn't bring ours, this wasn't the case and there's plenty to see, particularly in the nearby cenotes so that was a shame. We needed to buy bin bags water and toilet rolls, totally forgot they were offering bikes which would have been great so can't review that bit! Highly recommend this apartment and Miguel was helpful and fast to respond to questions throughout our stay.

Departamento amplio y muy cómodo. Cocina completa muy bien equipada. Sala cómoda con tv por steaming. Habitación con cama muy cómoda. El aire acondicionado funciona a la perfección o se pueden mantener todas las ventanas abiertas ya que cuentan con mosquiteros. Incluso hay un pequeño cuarto de servicio para lavar ropa y un tendedero. El baño es amplio e impecable, con agua caliente y buena presión en la regadera. La limpieza se hace cada ciertos días, lo que es excelente para estancias largas. El ingreso es autónomo y muy fácil. Los anfitriones respondían con rapidez. La zona es segura (incluso de noche) y bien ubicada: supermercado a dos cuadras, centro de la ciudad a unas 12 cuadras, las playas, el parque del jaguar y la zona hotelera a unos 10 minutos en coche, las ruinas igualmente a unos 10 minutos. Hay algunos restaurantes y bares cercanos. Incluso hay paradas de transporte público a dos cuadras que llevan a todos los lugares mencionados antes. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí

Un lugar lindo en una zona muy tranquila ! El departamento muy bonito para la estancia, todo limpio y ordenado. Hubo un detalle previo a los dos días de vencimiento. Con la tele gas e internet pero nada que no pudiera solucionarse . Compro y en buena zona de donde podíamos ir y venir con mucha precisión. Jess siempre atenta, dispuesta y amable para responder a las dudas e inquietudes Sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente para estancias cortas o largas Gracias

What a phenomenal time! I’ve been coming to Playa at least once a year since 2020 and this property is the best I’ve stayed! The condo is very spacious, all of it: bedrooms, baths, living area and full of light with triple height ceiling. Right outside living room there’s your own private terrace with chaise lounges/table set for a more private rest if you don’t want to be in the common areas. A few beautiful stone steps down and you’re in the magnificent pool area of the complex with it’s olympic size pool for amazing lap swimming. Complex is chic, elegant with amazing landscape that keeps units very private; ambiance is overall relaxing and respectful and tons of beautiful lounges for everyone. Cherry on top? Hamacas in the pool, and great fitness center. Everything was perfection! Communication easy and friendly thanks to Claudio, property manager. My family and I loved it and can’t wait to be back!
