Our charming, older apartment is in the heart of everything: right by the beach, the San Miguel castle, Botanical Garden and kid’s playground. You have restaurants, shopping, activities everywhere and still the area feels secluded and away from the main action. Fully installed air condition and heating in all rooms. We are on the third floor. No lift.

The apartment has a very current decor with high quality new furniture, very suitable for families with children. The best is its location in the center of town with the beach just a few meters away, ideal for summer and winter, as it is very sunny. It has all the services very close.
