A cozy apartment with stunning views. The stay was very comfortable. Nearby beach and park for children. An area to walk and enjoy the sea. The best part is the balcony where you can enjoy an aperitif while looking at the sea and where you can see the sunset.

the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

The apartment was as described and Kim was easy to communicate with, both before and after the stay. Clean and tidy with all the equipment we needed. Great that there were also some toys that the 5-year-old got to enjoy. location with short distance to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Kim's apartment is a safe choice if you are going on a holiday in Torrevieja 😀

I stayed at Izabela's apartment for a few days and I really liked it. I chose this apartment to relax and enjoy the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is small and is suitable for single people or a couple. Izabela left me lots of things so I could feel at home, sunscreen, creams, perfumes, cleaning products, kitchen products and towels. Oh, and parking the car is also super easy. I highly recommend this apartment :)

Clean modern apartment. We especially liked the large balcony. The shower is also very pleasant. The handover with Barbara was very straightforward. The necessary utensils were available in the kitchen.

I have no complaints about Paqui's apartment. It was incredibly clean, well decorated, spacious with a large and very nice terrace. We did not lack anything during our stay, and Paqui remained available at any time if needed. Thanks to Paqui and her daughter for their warm welcome and availability.

It was our stop for one night. Beautiful, large, clean house with comfortable beds and tastefully furnished. The private garage was also essential. Amparo was very helpful in giving us a lot of information about both the house and the city. In the evening we took a walk downtown and around the neighborhood, which is very quiet even late in the evening. Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb apartment! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm, and getting into the apartment was seamless and hassle-free. The apartment itself was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend a visit. The property has spacious rooms, nice decor and a fab solarium. It's is a perfect location to reach beaches (about 15 mins by foot) Very close to Punta Marina shopping centre and all the restaurants and from there it's easy to explore the wider coastline and towns of Playa Flamenca and on to La Zenia and all they have to offer. Shaun was a perfect host. I'm sure we will be back!

The apartment is very good, neat, with everything you need for cooking. They left us very nice details such as a vinito, water, cookies, coffeecito. The view of the apartment is stunning, my favorite place was on the armchair next to the window. The color of the water. The tranquility. We went in March, asique had very few people. At 500 meters there were places to eat and supermarkets. We didn't want to leave

Had a lovely short break with the family. Theodora and David were great with communication. Check in and out was so flexible. Apartment was lovely and clean and we really felt comfortable and at home. Kids asked if we could go back again at the very start of the trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Jirij was a kind, friendly and responsive host. He even messaged to enquire if we got home safely. Our flight was early, but jurij stored our luggage until the apartment was ready. The supermarket was in the same vicinity which was a plus. We have stayed in the area quite a few times, but this was by far the best. The boulevard and numerous restaurants are all within walking distance as is the beach. We will definitely be back Highly recommended.

Cristina is a super host, friendly, polite and always attentive. The apartment was clean, tidy and matches the description and photos, even surpasses it. Cristina let us in before the scheduled time and explained in detail how to access the apartment and the rest of the facilities. The spa is an added luxury, very quiet development, we stayed one more day and of course we will book it again shortly. Thank you very much.

The apartment has everything what you might need. It's spacious, very well equipped and the jacuzzi is just great. We recommend it!

This is the best airbnb in Valencia! Clean, super modern, really nice furniture. Responsive host. I love the decor and the overall presentation of the apartment. It was very comfortable for a 10 day stay. Would prefer that there were more cleaning options however but cannot really complain overall !
