Excellent place, and everything is very clean and functional.

This is the second time we have stayed at Hacienda Resama, it is a very nice place, we love its space and decor, so much so that we already want to make an annual trip with friends. Very good communication. It is important to follow the directions to arrive as the place is a little isolated.

I cannot recommend this spot enough. First of all, Jean was incredibly kind and made the entire process seamless. The property itself is warm, charming, clean, cozy, and anything else that falls under a relaxing cabin weekend. Great for couples but even for small families and a individual trip, I will be back to experience all. 11 out of 10.

This place was perfect! We were in town for a bass tournament. 15 minutes from the boat ramp and PLENTY of parking for 3 Trucks with boats and room to spare. Ted made sure to come by and say hi and give us some ideas for local spots to get a nice steak. Definitely would go here again. WELL worth what we paid.

When I say 5 stars aren’t enough to rate our experience, I mean just that. The home is absolutely beautiful. It’s just as the pictures described it to be. The location is private as well as convenient. Martin went above and beyond to make sure our stay was top tier. Support was not needed (because everything functioned perfectly) however, he still checked in to see if anything was needed. If you’re reading this review, you are at the right place! We absolutely love staying here…. It’s convenient to town, private, beautiful scenery. New AC units really kept it cool inside!!! Beds are very comfortable!!! Thanks again for hosting us!!!

I’m a birder. Getting to Cottonwood Canyon in the early morning is just about impossible from anywhere in the state of Colorado. This place was recommended by another birder. Super spot. Make sure you bring your food and drinks.

We stayed at Davids home on 130 acres in Boerne, TX, and it was incredible. The views are absolutely stunning—some of the prettiest in Texas—and you can explore the whole property. It feels totally private and peaceful, but it’s just a short drive to town, which is super convenient. The house itself is cozy with a cool, laid-back vibe, and the hot tub was a huge bonus—especially at night under the stars. We spent hours walking the land, watching sunsets, and just soaking in the quiet. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy Hill Country at its best. Highly recommend! We will be back

This place is great for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Children would enjoy the chickens and goats roaming around as well as seeing cattle and horses. The house has plenty of room for three couples and more. All was very clean and spacious. This is a country place and not a lot of places to eat....but the kitchen invites one to cook!

Wonderful stay, and super unique compared to being in town. The ranch itself offers lots to do, and you could easily spend a day or more just hanging out poolside looking at birds and walking the property. If you are not accustomed to staying in the "campo" (i.e. rural areas of Mexico) do be prepared for the road up to be bumpy and rough (however, we made it fine during dry season in a small 2wd rental) and for there to be variable levels of country noise (dogs barking and people etc etc). Such a great stay :)

Todd was very nice and responsive when I messaged him. We loved the place. We had a family gathering and it was perfect for the family. It has a wonderful view. The hot tub was our favorite part. I would recommend this place if you need a getaway. :)

This had to be one of the cutest and most home felt place I've stayed in. I've traveled around the U.S now for 6 years and this is definitely one of my favorite finds! Also, Samantha was always responsive, very helpful and super friendly. If I come back this way, I'd only truly wish to stay at this listing. Very highly recommended.

This ranch was an absolute gem. We hosted a church men's retreat and it checked every single box we needed. The Prescott family has really gone above and beyond to share a great spot with others who can enjoy it as well. Every indoor and outdoor space is thoughtful and well constructed. We certainly are eager to come back and enjoy it again. Thank you for hosting us! One thing to note is that the pond is dry and there were no fish at the time of this review so keep that in mind if that is a big priority. We ended up fishing at Blanco State Park which is only about 5 minutes up the road.
