Great stay

We loved our stay at the Woodshed! A short drive from downtown Wimberley but away from the traffic. Really enjoyed the hot tub and even watched one of the many movies they provided. The mornings were spent with our coffee on the porch. All for a great price. Debbie was very detailed with both instructions and things to do and see! We will definitely come back!

We loved our stay! We came to town for the outlaw half marathon race and this cabin was perfect. It’s located about 15 minutes from Fredericksburg that has a bunch of great food spots and is close to a ton of wineries. The cabin itself is super cute and cozy. The beds were SO comfy. The hot tub was super nice to dip into after our race. In the evening we fed the animals some carrots and had a fire for s’mores. The instructions for check in and check out were clear and the cleaning list was minimal. 10/10 recommend this cabin for a stay!

The stay was amazing! We spotted deer every morning we were there. The host was very accommodating and communicated quickly throughout our stay. Thank you for an amazing trip.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! This place was such a cute and cozy getaway cabin! My wife and I got to see a family of deer and moose practically down the driveway! Our days spent here were perfect for us two! The one thing I told my wife that I really appreciated from Jason was the fact that he actually listened to his guests NEEDS. In reviews down below people mention missing "firewood","would like extra towels", "pillows too flat" little things that are like ehhhh I can do without, and yet we get here and BOOM! EVERY SINGLE LITTLE COMMENT of the those was corrected! Thank you Jason for making our stay soooo fun and beautiful and memorable! The only "Unfortunate" thing we went through was we weren't able to use the Jacuzzi outside which was one of the reasons why we had booked this cabin..but it was our fault since we went during a time where bees were out. We didn't get to use the Jacuzzi.. and that made me really sad because I thought it was so romantic.. but again, my fault. Thank you again

I don't think I've ever checked into a a place I'm staying and felt immediately at home, like I did at the Magnolia. My partner, our pup Wallace and I spent 4 nights in peaceful bliss. everything we could have wanted for a healing and relaxing retreat was available. EVERYTHING. I felt like we were all alone in the woods each day with all the convenience of being a quick drive to town. I hope we will be able to return! It shows how much you care about your guests and their experiences. Thank you

I booked this cabin for my fiancés birthday. I was looking for a place where we could relax, enjoy nature, and feel far from the city and busy schedules. This place did not disappoint! We were able to spend quality time together while hanging out in the river or simply enjoying the ambience of the cabin and property. Bonus points for being pet friendly! I loved being able to include my Pebbles in our trip and adventures!

This is our second time staying at Bonnie’s cabin, and it feels kind of like a home away from home. We absolutely love the cabin, the area, and how peaceful it is back in the woods. Thanks again, and we can’t wait to come back!

Such a peaceful space with the friendliest cows EVER! :) Beautiful setting - and such a great step-away from the big city... with only sounds of mother nature. I spent a peaceful afternoon on the patio and cherished visits from beautiful cardinals, hummingbirds, and countless other beauties. The cabin is pristine, not a bug in sight, which is hard to pull off in the country, the strong scent of mothballs may be keeping them at bay. I enjoyed this place so much and was not ready to leave.

Susan provided everything anyone would need for a comfortable stay and was readily available for questions. Great host! :)

It was a birthday trip an i really enjoyed it!!

Liked it so well last year, we stayed this year. Some maintenance issues found but communicated them and should be resolved by the next person’s stay.

Canyon View Cabin is immaculate! We had the most wonderful time! This is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate! Lyndon provided all information needed and the cabin and hot tub exceeded all expectations. We definitely plan on visiting, again!

Great stay as usual… beautiful and peaceful surroundings…. Cabin was very clean and neat…easy entry and exit… friendly and helpful hosts… no problems at all. Will stay again at the first opportunity.. perfect place for some rest and relaxation. Local restaurants are great…. Spicewood and Magoo’s… penny’s for breakfast.

the stay was great, we had lots to do. was very relaxing and peaceful. we loved it and so did my dog.

the view, the location was awesome. It is a cabin in a canyon, on a mountain. it is not " resort living". We enjoyed it! The hosts we wonderful and very prompt to respond.

If you want a great location to get away from the city… this is it. Definitely will be coming back.

Once again this cabin was EXACTLY the getaway I needed. Had another great weekend and I’m so thankful that I got to spend my birthday here and recharge. The nature walks were so perfect and everything is so green and alive! So many comfy spots to relax. My favorite this weekend were the pullout chair in the living room, the main bedroom, the porch, and under several different trees. Kitchen is stocked with supplies so we were able to easily make a whole steak dinner. Can’t wait to come back!!

The Cabin was amazing!! SO peaceful. My favorite part was our children exploring behind the house and discovering new adventures. Everything was well organized and clean. If you can't find it in their kitchen it doesn't exist. Cyndy was super friendly, extremely responsive. Really the perfect host. WE WILL BE BACK!
