What a beautiful home in an absolutely stunning location. The view of the lake is magical. Sasha was always readily available to answer any questions I had. Her home is so comfortable with everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a beautiful stay at Stefania's place. The house is beautiful and has everything that one might need. We were especially impressed with the beatiful view of the lake from the balcony as well as with the kitchen, that not only has all the utensils one could wish for, but also a large amount of basic ingredients. The house is absolutely cozy and is located in a quiet little town not far from Lago Maggiore. Our dog enjoyed the house with its front and back yard. Communication with Stefania was super easy and direct, and check in and check out were very simple.

Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description. Ilaria a été très accueillante et nous a donné de bonnes recommandations pour découvrir les environs. La maison est bien équipée, avec tous les électroménagers nécessaires, la climatisation, et un grand jardin entièrement clôturé, ce qui était parfait pour notre chien. Le quartier est calme et reposant. Nous recommandons vivement !

La proprietaria Claudia ci ha accolti puntuale all’ingresso della casa. Disponibile ed estremamente premurosa ad ogni nostra richiesta. L’alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione, molto intimo e curato. Molto piacevole la posizione rispetto alla parte alta antica di Biella raggiungibile in 10’ minuti a piedi ( compresa funicolare per scendere nella parte bassa più centrale). Un paio di dettagli da segnalare: da fonofobica quale sono non c’è una insonorizzazione ottimale col piano superiore ( si sentono molto i passi), ma gestibile. Inoltre, trattandosi di un super host, magari se si ha piacere di lasciare un dolce agli ospiti: togliere le crostatine confezionate e lasciare un prodotto dolciario locale. Ci tornerei e lo consiglierei

Belle résidence privée avec beaucoup d'espaces verts, les logements ne sont pas les uns sur les autres. Terrain de tennis et 2 piscines : une grande de 25m pour nager et une pataugeoire. Un gardien est présent et très disponible. Le logement est suffisamment grand pour un couple et 2 enfants avec une terrasse en rez de jardin. L'environnement est calme. Merci à Cesare pour l'accueil ! Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette charmante région sur les hauteurs du lac Majeur.

Ottimo casa, molto bella, spaziosa, perfetta per famiglie. Antonella é sempre disponibile anche se davvero non abbiamo mai avuto necessitá di contattare con lei o suo marito. Ci é piaciuto molto passare il Natale, per la seconda volta, a casa di Antonella e raccomandiamo caldamente per tutti quelli vogliano passare tempo nel biellese ai piedi dei monti, la casa di Antonella é l'ideale per relax e location ottima per muoversi tra le varie valli e paesi del territorio.

Sarvie and Jasper were extremely accommodating hosts. They answered our (many!) questions at check-in i.e. directing us to the free public parking lot, how to use the projector, and even stopping by to help turn on the heat and drop off extra blankets. When we thought we would have to shorten our stay by a day, they were very understanding and flexible. They had tons of local reccs, and were thoughtful about stay details (bottle of wine, shopping bag for groceries, fully stocked kitchen) -- they are not empire Airbnb hosts, but real people who have put a lot of effort into the property, and it shows! Be prepared for the stairs, and would definitely suggest a car if you're staying in the area.
