In this small residence, an ideal place to get away from the daily grind, you can spend your vacation between dips in the pool and aperitifs on the terrace, enjoying the tranquility provided by nature and the unforgettable view. The swimming pool is surrounded by the greenery of the condominium park and can be used from June to September.

Henriette Apartment with Terrace, Lake Access, Pool

Elegant 1970s-style apartment overlooking Lake Maggiore, where design and atmosphere come together. Pool overlooking the lake and a well-kept garden for relaxing in the sun. Direct access to the water with a private dock and the option of a buoy (additional cost). Bright interiors with a living room and a terrace ideal for outdoor dining. Double bedroom, second bedroom with two single beds and a fully renovated bathroom, kitchen and terrace. Private parking spot included. Tourist tax €1.50 per person per day.

Casa Biloba

The independent accommodation is located in the renovated farmhouse annexed to a manor house from 1882. It consists of a large room of about 50 square meters in which there is a double bed and two sofa beds (one square and one square and a half), a space dedicated to working from home and a dining table; a kitchen, a bathroom and a dressing area equipped with a shower. The accommodation is enhanced by a large patio in front of a fenced garden and furnished with a table for 10 people and a sitting area.

This is Balcony on Lake Maggiore, a lovely apartment with incomparable panoramic views of the lake. It is located inside a residence with swimming pool (open from June to September) and large green areas arranged on terraces, where you can enjoy the sun or rest in the shade in complete relax. From the parking lot with reserved parking space, you can access the property, with independent access, descending from characteristic stone stairs between lavender beds and hydrangea plants.

Our small house is a comfortable and charming 45 m2 studio apartment with an equipped kitchenette, a sofa bed with a king-size memory mattress, a Finnish sauna room (extra fee is requested) completely covered with linden wood and heated with a wood-burning stove (as in real and authentic Finnish saunas), a bathroom with a shower and a bucket for the fresh water cascade. Outside, there is a large green space with a swimming pool, canopy and barbecue.
