The location is strategic, between trails and walks and the picturesque Lake Orta, one of the most fascinating lakes in Italy.

Furnished in a simple and yet functional way including an induction cooker and a microwave oven, a Wi-Fi connection and a pellet stove for heating. There is a beautiful canopy between the house and the bathroom. The house is close to Lake Maggiore and to the lake of Mergozzo, which can be easily reached with a 20 minute walk.

In one of the oldest Walser areas, reachable by a 5 minutes walk from a parking lot. Recently renovated. Spaces are well designed, ideal for families or friends who like to chill together. Not indicated for people with walking difficulties. The structure was build in the 16th century...Walser people were short so ceilings are lower than standard. Be ready to take care of the fireplace (pellet) and be parsimonious with hot water. City center 1 Km away . In winter a ski shuttle is available.

An ideal place for those looking for true tranquility. and true contact with nature. Looking for habits of the past such as lighting the wood stove and the fireplace. Possibility to party without fear of disturbing the neighbors until late at night. The paved road that leads to the Baita is a mountain road, therefore narrow and with many curves, while the path to reach Baita Beatrice is a 5-minute walk. P.S. We are at 1080m above sea level, so suitable footwear is required.
