Ground floor two-room apartment in the historic center of Vercelli

Spacious two-room apartment (70 square meters) with a warm atmosphere, located inside a small building in the historic center of Vercelli. Living area with double sofa bed, TV, and a fully equipped open kitchen/dining area. From the large double bedroom, you can directly access the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower. A second bathroom with a sink, toilet, and washing machine is available upon request. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests. Very central, outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone); you can find free parking nearby.

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Vercelli center, located in the center, is 400 meters from the station, consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living area, kitchen, living room with TV. It offers free wifi, bed linen and towels, soap, hairdryer and air conditioning. In the area there are shops, bars and all necessary activities. It is 40 minutes by train from Rho Fiera, halfway between Turin and Milan, 20 minutes from Lake Maggiore and 1 hour from Genoa.
