Great, quiet apartment with views of the lake, Franco is a fantastic host.

The accommodation was perfect without exception. The location, the modern facilities and the outstanding view of the lake made our trip an experience. Fabrizio was super friendly and his son Lukas recommended very good restaurants in Milan. Even in October it is a good opportunity to switch off for a few days, we could use the jacuzzi at any time, even at 2 o'clock in the morning we sat in it and enjoyed the view with a glass of wine and a cigar. Thanks again to Fabrizio!

Alessandro was a very attentive host. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Even at high outside temperatures, it is nice and cool inside. The proximity to the lake is also great! We could walk to everything.

A very nice & above all very clean apartment with beautiful terrace 🌞 only to be considered with 5 guests: for the sofa bed in the living room there is no way to darken the room.

I think we made the right location and choice of homes in the holiday plan we made to visit Lake Maggiore and its surroundings. The house and all the amenities in it were as mentioned and met all our expectations. The host Elena gave us prompt and constructive responses whenever we reached out to her and guided us correctly. The house was; well maintained, well decorated and clean, the area was quiet, parking access was 50m from the building and easy. We had a smooth stay, used all the amenities and were very comfortable. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to explore the area.

First, I have to emphasize the communication with Yvonne very positively. Responded to questions very quickly and always helpful. Amenities of appliances like at home, all there. There are more than enough dishes , silverware and glasses available . What is the highlight, the magnificent view of Lake Maggiore at breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The shore promenade to Belgirate by car is five minutes away. It's about a 15 to 20-minute walk to the village. It is 20 to 30 minutes to walk up. If you want it a little quieter, this is the place. Great place to stay. Michela was always helpful with any issue or information. The apartment was wonderful to stay in and as described. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Alberto's accommodation. After being super friendly received by Alberto's wife, we made ourselves comfortable right on the large terrace and enjoyed the sun as well as the breathtaking view of the adjacent hills and mountains. The house is absolutely sufficient for a vacation for two (with animal companions) and offers everything you need. A special highlight is the charcoal grill, on which we were able to conjure up delicious dinners. The garden is huge and was the perfect balance for our two dogs after a more turbulent week in Tuscany. Absolutely recommended is the small town of Varallo with the monastery on the mountain top, beautiful! The restaurants and cafes there are definitely worth one or more visits. We would love to come back anytime and can highly recommend the accommodation, especially to dog owners!

We had a great stay at the house. It felt like what AirBnB was originally meant for - staying in a lived-in actual house instead of a sanitised holiday home. It is well equipped inside and out and you won’t stay in a better location. It is right on the lake for swimming and water sports, but also a short easy walk into town.

Ivana was very helpful in responding to our requests and in providing everything we needed for a peaceful stay. The welcome "kit" was also really appreciated. There was really everything! Thank you so much, Ivana.

There were two of us at The Lake for a week and it was a very nice time. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is super comfortable, the air conditioning works great. The garden with a hot tub is cozy. I had concerns at first because it is laid out with artificial turf, but this is high-quality and does not feel strange. The house is next to a railway embankment, but that doesn't bother you, there are only a few trains and they are very slow. With the windows closed, you can't hear anything about it. The street where the house is located is also not very busy. The decor is very modern and tidy overall. There is information material about nearby places and attractions - we had a very clear plan of what we wanted to do, but for those who are spontaneous, it is certainly helpful. Mirko was also immediately on hand if there were any questions or a problem. We felt very comfortable and would stay here again at any time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alessandra’s place. It’s perfectly located for seeing Verbania and is right by the lake. They were also very accommodating with us bringing our 1 year old dog!

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment. Has many steps and the staircase is narrow, you have to keep that in mind! The place Lesa is very good for relaxing. Perfect for swimming and paddleboarding! Lots of great restaurants nearby or in the surrounding area! If you want to shop and have a hustle and bustle, you have to go to Stresa or Arona/where we liked Arona more! We always have our bikes with us and were able to explore a lot! Giovanni's place is perfect for two people. Everything you need is available and very nicely furnished. The terrace is quiet and private, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the summer evening outside. Communication with Giovanni was very easy and he also responded directly to concerns. The location is great for hiking, mountain biking and gravel biking. We will be happy to come back!!!

What can I say? The best AIRBNB we've ever made. MARZIA and Alberto are two very welcoming people. Lovely, she gave us great advice throughout our stay. Thank you Marzia for recommending Lake Orta, Orta San Giulio and the Rocca di Arona. We did it on Saturday. My husband and I came for 5 days to relax with our 3 children (7 years, 4 years and 23 months). A crib and high chair were waiting for us. The children were able to play in the cabin of their little Gaia. Slides, swings, balls, dolls... there's everything to make children happy. Chickens and a rooster walk quietly in the garden. This garden... a paradise!!!!! It is simply magnificent. Gaia is a lovely child who will be sorely missed by the children. Thank you for everything. A very beautiful place — everything was perfect.

The accommodation was clean, well located 10 min walk to the center. Perfect for families, we were with an 18-month-old baby. Ground floor terrace, private entrance, as described. Very friendly hosts, looking forward to returning. I would highly recommend it.

It was not a leisure vacation but a necessity to be close to the hospital. What I was interested in was a quiet place, close to the center and clean, and I found it there.
