Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Vercelli

Alessandro was a very attentive host. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Even at high outside temperatures, it is nice and cool inside. The proximity to the lake is also great! We could walk to everything.

A very nice & above all very clean apartment with beautiful terrace 🌞 only to be considered with 5 guests: for the sofa bed in the living room there is no way to darken the room.

Simply beautiful describes the apartment, the hosts the view and Stresa itself. We travelled from Australia around the top north of Italy & this was our favorite 10 out of 10 accommodation the apartment was spacious modern and lovely. Loved the hot tub after a long day. The hosts extremely friendly and helpful. The town of Stresa beautiful as well as the local food. Thank you so much for an absolute wonderful memory for our trip.

Very well located and very clean apartment. The free locations right next door are perfect. We are not in the hustle and bustle of Stresa but not far either. The location is the right balance between practical and quiet. Elena was very helpful and the exchanges were very courteous. We recommend the apartment.

Communication was good and it was good to find the address. The surroundings are beautiful. I am satisfied with the value for the money.

First, I have to emphasize the communication with Yvonne very positively. Responded to questions very quickly and always helpful. Amenities of appliances like at home, all there. There are more than enough dishes , silverware and glasses available . What is the highlight, the magnificent view of Lake Maggiore at breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The shore promenade to Belgirate by car is five minutes away. It's about a 15 to 20-minute walk to the village. It is 20 to 30 minutes to walk up. If you want it a little quieter, this is the place. We had a great stay at the house. It felt like what AirBnB was originally meant for - staying in a lived-in actual house instead of a sanitised holiday home. It is well equipped inside and out and you won’t stay in a better location. It is right on the lake for swimming and water sports, but also a short easy walk into town.

Ivana was very helpful in responding to our requests and in providing everything we needed for a peaceful stay. The welcome "kit" was also really appreciated. There was really everything! Thank you so much, Ivana.

There were two of us at The Lake for a week and it was a very nice time. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is super comfortable, the air conditioning works great. The garden with a hot tub is cozy. I had concerns at first because it is laid out with artificial turf, but this is high-quality and does not feel strange. The house is next to a railway embankment, but that doesn't bother you, there are only a few trains and they are very slow. With the windows closed, you can't hear anything about it. The street where the house is located is also not very busy. The decor is very modern and tidy overall. There is information material about nearby places and attractions - we had a very clear plan of what we wanted to do, but for those who are spontaneous, it is certainly helpful. Mirko was also immediately on hand if there were any questions or a problem. We felt very comfortable and would stay here again at any time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alessandra’s place. It’s perfectly located for seeing Verbania and is right by the lake. They were also very accommodating with us bringing our 1 year old dog!

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment. Has many steps and the staircase is narrow, you have to keep that in mind! The place Lesa is very good for relaxing. Perfect for swimming and paddleboarding! Lots of great restaurants nearby or in the surrounding area! If you want to shop and have a hustle and bustle, you have to go to Stresa or Arona/where we liked Arona more! We always have our bikes with us and were able to explore a lot! Giovanni's place is perfect for two people. Everything you need is available and very nicely furnished. The terrace is quiet and private, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the summer evening outside. Communication with Giovanni was very easy and he also responded directly to concerns. The location is great for hiking, mountain biking and gravel biking. We will be happy to come back!!!

The accommodation was clean, well located 10 min walk to the center. Perfect for families, we were with an 18-month-old baby. Ground floor terrace, private entrance, as described. Very friendly hosts, looking forward to returning. I would highly recommend it.

It was not a leisure vacation but a necessity to be close to the hospital. What I was interested in was a quiet place, close to the center and clean, and I found it there.
