On the first floor is another toilet with shower . The garden is fenced for children and dogs. Dogs are welcome. Garden furniture and barbecue are also available for large families. The house also has a private swimming beach that belongs to the residential area. You can reach it in 2 minutes. Ponte Tresa, border town on Lago di Lugano with many shops, bars,restaurants and boutiques. On Saturdays, there is the traditional market with many stalls with everything your heart desires. The Swiss border is at a distance of 3 km and Lugano at a distance of 12 km. Lake Maggiore and Luino are a 15-minute walk away. Market is always on Wednesdays in Luino.
