We loved the central location, the tastefully furnished apartment and the beautiful garden. The free parking also 😁 Ralf supported us in every way. All in all, an extraordinarily relaxed, long weekend. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is small and nice and has everything you need. Stylish and carefully furnished with beautiful furniture that also conveniently fulfills everything you need. The kitchen is excellently equipped, not only with pans and cutlery etc. but also with oil, vinegar, salt, detergent, sponge etc. You can really cook without having to buy a household appliance first. The bathroom is also beautiful and fully equipped, with shower towels and towels, hair dryer. The apartment was also in a sparkling clean condition, not only surfaces but also the dishes. Juliane was very friendly and responsive to inquiries. I highly recommend it.

The location worth the money. Is a little bit far from the centre but the buss station is near.

We have had a fantastic stay. The apartment had everything you could need and was incredibly clean. The gardens and views surrounding the property were beautiful. Tiziana was a fantastic host, very helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to return in the future.

The apartment is very nice. Located on the 4th floor with elevator access, it is bright and airy. If you wish, you can park the car safely in the basement. The accommodation is very clean and well-equipped, nothing is missing. It is located in the heart of Varese which is convenient for walking to the restaurant, shopping or taking the train to Milan. There is traffic during the day but it is not disturbing and the nights were quiet. Communication with Francesca was excellent, the information is complete and clear. In addition, she gave us a lot of tourist information that was helpful to us. Francesca is very welcoming and available for any questions. This apartment is a perfect place to visit Lake Como, Lake Maggiore or go to Milan for the day, we had a great week there.

The apartment is very nice, bright and panoramic. It is strategically located, central, close to everything. The owners are two kind and very helpful brothers. We had a great time and will definitely be back. I recommend it.

Massimiliano was very friendly and helped us find the place and make us feel at home. The place is beautiful, it has all the amenities we could ever think of and he even took care of breakfast and milk in the fridge. The kids said "this is the best hotel Ever" and "I want to come back here as a birthday present". Getting around without a car is not the easiest in this area.

Just a little dream: From the central location right in the old town, with everything a small apartment divided into two floors should contain, to the all-round support by the nicest landlords we've ever had. The whole apartment is very well maintained and super clean, even care products and hairdryer in the bathroom available. The fridge was also stocked with delicious welcome drinks and the kitchen is perfectly equipped (salt, pepper, olive oil, tea, coffee, ... are available) The romantic terrace on the upper floor is perfect for an extensive breakfast. We must particularly emphasize the constant availability and unlimited helpfulness of our hosts: They pick you up and take you to the parking lot, do not charge parking fees, help with reservations in restaurants and even look after guest dogs. A great little apartment. It was colourful & cozy, but plenty of space to be comfortable with a family of 4. The kitchen is well equipped and bed very comfortable. Location is perfect - so close to the lake & great for exploring the town! Eleonora was a lovely host - so kind and friendly! Would definitely stay again!

Second stay. Roberta is a friendly and discreet guest. Apartment equipped with everything and with a beautiful terrace to relax from the trip. Varese is a small town but full of interesting corners.

Very nice attic, spacious and well-equipped, the accommodation is easily accessible with free parking spaces,beware of street washing however for parking. Barbara was very responsive and gave us good recommendations.

The view of Lake Maggiore is beautiful. A big plus is the well-kept pool. All in all a lovely place to stay.

The place is very spacious, quiet and well located. Mateo is a very warm, likeable and helpful host. He gave us good tips for eating nearby and supported us very much with the transfer to the nearby airport. Thanks again for the delicious ice cream he gave us at Oleggias' best ice cream parlor.

Very pleasant experience on Lake Maggiore. Alberto's house made us feel at home, so much so that we preferred to have aperitifs on the terrace overlooking the lake rather than outside. very nice decor, very cheerful, equipped with everything you need even to cook. Wonderful terrace with super view! quiet location perfect to rest but with the village within walking distance. Very convenient parking.

We liked Antonio's loft very much. I would say a 10 out of 10 small and nice and a large balcony with a fantastic view of the lake. It is completely covered, so you can use it even in the rain. Even from the bunk bed you can see the lake. Antonio was always reachable and gave us many great tips. Everything in the apartment was thoughtful and lovingly labeled. We would book again in a heartbeat.

Silvia is a very nice host. She's super flexible and quick to respond to messages. The apartment is very large, well equipped and very clean. We had everything we needed. The children enjoyed the large garden. By car, you can reach a great beach in 5 minutes. In 10 minutes by the ferry that takes you to the opposite shore of Lake Maggiores. In Laveno you will also find the famous Korblift. Caterina del Sasso Monastery, which is very nicely located on the lake, can also be reached in 10 minutes by car.

very nice place! We were not lucky because of the weather the 1st day and the last day, and especially because there were construction works in the street every morning at 8:00am, but that is all. The location is nice and Francesca is very kind!! I would love to come back if I had a chance!
