Great Host and Apartment! Had some great recommendations. Also the location and panorama view is super beautiful. Would definitely go again.

5 perfect nights! The accommodation is super quiet, bright and the lake view is beautiful. The reception was very warm. The hot tub? Hmmmm a Happiness! Andrea had recommended the al cantinone restaurant in luino, about 15 minutes by car. We loved it! The boss played a few accordion areas, the meals were very good. A change of scenery guaranteed! A 5-minute walk from the accommodation is a convenience store with fresh bread. The lady who holds her makes great sandwiches. We went to Stresa by car. It was a bit long but the road is so beautiful! On the other hand, dogs even in a bag are not allowed in the gardens of the Borromean Islands. Cannobio is a very pretty village. Our favorite! Thank you Andrea for everything, your responsiveness, your advice, the welcome package... we'll be happy to come back.

Very courteous but unobtrusive host, warm welcome with fresh fruit and Prosecco, well-kept place with good amenities and well-kept outdoor area. Unfortunately, we didn't get to know Sophie. Overall, highly recommended.

Our stay went very well, the house is amazing and very comfortable. Owner Wanda is really nice and caring. Access to common areas is free and you feel really comfortable. Debora gave us a very warm welcome and we felt very comfortable right away. But that wasn't hard with the great views and the beautiful property. Debora gave us many tips for things to do and see as well as local gastronomy - that was very helpful. She was very eager to respond to our concerns as quickly as possible. Everything was also perfectly prepared for our 11-month-old baby. What was not clear to us in advance was that the room on the upper floor has no door. Required special attention with the baby, but was no longer a problem. The house is also brightly lit. Snoring from below and baby crying from above was clearly audible in both directions. But that's not a problem if you stand close😉.

Francesco and Lawrence's villa was a dream. The garden is very large and equipped with a table for sunbathing or stargazing at night. The bed is very comfortable and everything is surrounded by a silence that makes you forget the chaos of the city. The house is very tidy and arranged on two floors, everything is left original as the doors and windows. We used the kitchen with kettle, coffee maker and microwave. We stayed in winter and we were provided with wood for the fireplace. The house is well heated and the floors are beautiful. Lawrence is very kind and open. Thank you

Villa is simply fantastic and is super centrally located. Verbania is a very nice area with great restaurants and cafes. We received the villa very clean and the amenities were almost perfect. The communication with Northitaly Villas was very pleasant. They were always available and very helpful. Definitely recommend!
