Excellent experience of a stay, wonderful and really well furnished house surrounded by greenery, with attention to every detail and complete with all the comforts: Gea and Alessandro are really very hospitable and very helpful people who provided us with everything they might need and gave us directions also about the premises in the area and remained at your disposal for every need we could have. We stayed two families in the house with plenty of room for big and small. the terrace is worth highlighting with its beautiful view. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden at the front of the house with another nice terrace. The kitchen was more than fully equipped-there was everything you could want. Francesco and family were very friendly and helpful and were answered to all our questions very quickly. An absolutely lovely week in wonderful house and beautiful surroundings. The area has a lot to offer. There is ample opportunity for nature experiences just around the corner. restaurant and shopping about 3 km. We'd love to come back another time. Our warmest recommendations.

Perfect stay, we had a great time. 10 minutes from the pine park of Narni Scalo, where we held the two international exhibitions of Narni on Saturday and Sunday; we could not ask for a better place for our 4-legged friends. I regret that we could not fully enjoy the property given the commitments, but we greatly appreciated the outdoor area where our dogs could run undisturbed and in peace with an excellent fence. Kitchen with a very convenient induction cooktop, relaxation area both outside and inside. I thank Carmela for her availability and promptness in every situation during these two days. Excellent

This is the most gorgeous villa! Everything about it is absolutely magical. The home and the views are breathtaking. It felt like I was living in an Italian dream. :)

We left Rosa & Pino’s lovely Airbnb after a week’s holiday, where we were able to relax in private surroundings outside of an otherwise hectic schedule. With comfortable beds and a high standard of presentation throughout, it was a home from home. Though Rome itself is nearby, Capena is a great small, town to wander, with bars and places to eat. Within 10minutes there is a great archeological site / museum Augusteum. Highly recommended.

Nice place, very welcoming and secluded space for parties

We absolutely loved our stay at Casale Sabina Valley. The farmhouse is charming and the private pool gave us many hours of fun with our little ones. The area is so quiet and the views and stars are stunning. Boris could not have been more helpful and responsive before and during our stay. A lovely touch was him digging out a box of toys for the children to play with which they loved. Highly recommend for a homely authentic Italian experience.

spot on for me and my family. we did look for a refugee,not to cold and close to the snow. warm and if you know how to do a fire place there you have the way to do it. thank you Dennis

Perfect place for relaxing vacation with families. Perfect pool, balconys and nature. Almost every bedroom has bathroom so convinient for families. We had great vacation in this Villa!

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

My family and I had a wonderful at Livia's beautiful Casale. It is gorgeous and the surroundings are so picturesque. The swimming pool was a highlight, and my sons spent hours in it. I look forward to returning and highly recommend Casale San Giovanni !

We had a family holiday and all of us had a really magical time. We were very lucky to have had wonderful weather, and the views on a sunny day were breathtaking. We have two young kids and they slept very well indeed in the comfy beds. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we really enjoyed having easy access to the wine from the vineyard as it was delicious. Finally, Livia was an amazing host. She did everything she could to meet our needs, including helping us with some shopping on our first day as our flight came in a bit late. Thanks you so much for being so flexible! We will definitely be coming again

We loved our stay at this property - it was perfect for our family of eight (plus a dog). Samanta (our host) was very responsive, attentive and friendly. The property is as pictured and has beautiful outdoor spaces that our teenagers enjoyed. I loved the beautiful countryside and the peace and quiet. Samanta went out of her way to give us helpful tips and places to visit. She also added thoughtful touches to welcome us. We highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful location. Great pool. Gorgeous garden. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Easy home to spend time in. Host was thoughtful, kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee and salt etc. washing machine and dishwasher were efficient. Host was responsive. The area is very restful. Small shops nearby to purchase essentials. WiFi connectivity was excellent. Not too far from Rome. We had a great stay.

the house was very nice, the only thing is that obviously when we go in winter those comforts that you could use the summer, you do not have them, it is there... however they were really kind. They did not give us an exact time to leave the house. They met us. The house is very large and there is a lot of space, we were 15 people and it seemed like very few people inside the house although it is large, 😊 we had a very good time.

The house was the perfect place for our trip. The home is lovely but the garden, pool and view are what make it truly special. I cannot recommend this Airbnb more highly! The only slight issue was arriving in the dark, the location details were confusing. Claudia was extremely responsive and we found the house eventually but it would be helpful to provide some photos of the correct turning/location. However do not let this put you off, it truly is a magical place to stay!

Spectacular farmhouse, with garden equipped with ping pong table, bbq corner, deck chairs, swimming pool. We were 10 and 2 children. We were very comfortable. common room with a large fireplace and a wood-burning oven. a rustic and beautiful estate

Alfredo and Bridget were remarkable hosts whom provided us with everything we needed. The house is a hidden gem in the nature and it had everything we needed during our stay. Everything in the house is of high quality. Our stay was very relaxing filled with moments of tranquility. We really enjoyed this place. Again thank you so much for your hospitality.

If you are looking for a very nice, private location, with a large swimming pool, well equipped with equipment, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, home, you have come to the right place. You can hear the birds chirping all day, you can enjoy nature in the garden, a short distance from beautiful nature, walks, but also cities (including Rome, Tivoli, Rieti), etc. then you are in the right place. A downside; once you come you won't want to leave :-)
