We stayed at this farmhouse (along with the neighboring villa) for nine nights with a group of close friends and had an incredible time! The views, pool, and surrounding area are spectacular—even better than the photos convey. It is exactly the Italian countryside experience we were hoping for. The host, Maria, and her family also went out of her way to make sure our entire stay was pleasant and memorable, including helping us arrange chefs for three of the evenings and local drivers to see local sites.

this was a nice apartment. Luigi and Emma were warm and welcoming. they have many brochures and maps available, offer directions and told us the best spots to visit. the drive into the mountains was amazing. the mountains are so pretty. this is the perfect place for hiking, skiing, or a trip to lake saltano. the lake is beautiful. the closest place to shop is Rieti about 30 minutes away, there is an amazing spot with ruins. this apartment was very quiet and peaceful, and we really liked Emma and Luigi.

Cristina, Roberta, and Maarit's place in Cerchiara is absolutely fantastic. It is charming with its different levels and nooks and corners; the living room and bedrooms are spatious and comfortable, and the kitchen, which is downstairs, is impressively well equipped. Heating is also efficient. I spent three and a half weeks in Cerchiara and could've happily stayed for another such. The hosts are great. Communication was super easy and quick; if I needed any help with something, Cristina would get back to me immediately. It is evident how dear and important the house is to her and the co-owners. And then there's Cerchiara. More a hamlet than a village, it has gorgeous views over the valley and a bunch of dogs and cats who claim the place theirs as much as the few other permanent residents. The silence and calm there are palpable. And hiking options in the area are excellent (Terminillo just 40min drive)! One thing to consider: you need a car to get there and to get around.

Siamo stati una notte, è stato tutto bellissimo. La casa è accogliente, calda, ristrutturata e pulita. C’è anche un camino per scaldarsi e rilassarsi. Il signor Renzo è stato carinissimo, ci ha aiutati ad accendere il fuoco, ci ha dato indicazioni sui posti da visitare li intorno e dove mangiare ed era sempre a disposizione Tutto meraviglioso

Che dire su Casa Verde Oliva, semplicemente perfetta! La casa si trova immersa nel verde, con un giardino grandissimo, con campo da Padel ad uso esclusivo anche nei mesi invernali, (noi abbiamo giocato il 1 gennaio), piscina sempre pulita (con luci a led serali) , barbecue funzionante e grande spazio esterno con cucina per mangiare . L’interno della casa è molto bella, dalle foto non rende il design e la cura dei dettagli. Ci sono tre camere da letto: una suite doppia e due camere matrimoniali con tutti i servizi essenziali, molto bello e pulito. I proprietari molto gentili e cortesi, a completa disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta, ci hanno fatto offerto una buonissima colazione, che non era inclusa! Esperienza fantastica, sicuramente consigliato e ci ritorneremo in stagione estiva per provare tutte le zone esterne comprese la piscina e i lettini abbronzanti!

Cinzia e suo marito sono stati degli ospiti perfetti. Oltre ad aver accomodato il check-in in base alle nostre esigenze, ci hanno dato il benvenuto in modo cordiale, mostrandoci tutto il necessario per la nostra permanenza. L’appartamento è fornito di ogni comodità: dagli utensili da cucina e toletteria ad i calici per un buon bicchiere di vino di fronte al fantastico camino (che ci hanno fatto trovare pronto per essere acceso, un vero tocco di gentilezza e premura che dimostra la natura estremamente disponibile degli ospiti). La pulizia era impeccabile: ogni superficie e zona della casa è stata curata con estrema dovizia. Il luogo poi è incantevole, quasi fiabesco, estremamente suggestivo per un week end fuori porta di relax e riposo. Fortemente consigliato, noi torneremo di sicuro!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa graziosa casetta situata nel cuore di un centro medievale incantevole e tranquillo. La zona è silenziosa, ideale per chi cerca un po’ di relax lontano dal caos cittadino, e la gente del posto è molto cordiale e accogliente. La casa, seppur piccolina, è perfettamente pulita e dispone di tutte le comodità necessarie per un soggiorno confortevole. Un’ottima soluzione per chi vuole vivere un’esperienza autentica in un borgo medievale!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio di Mariangela: arredato con gusto, fornito di tutto ed efficiente (riscaldamento, acqua calda, wifi, tv etc.). A questo si aggiunge l'immediata vicinanza a Piazza Duomo, ossia perfetto per visitare gran parte dei beni artistici dell'Aquila a piedi. Abbiamo parcheggiato quasi sempre nella piazza adiacente ma, se occupata, facendo pochi passi in più si può parcheggiare facilmente. Il Parco nazionale del Gran Sasso con i suoi tesori, poi, è lì vicino che ti aspetta. Un ambiente molto accogliente, gestito con discrezione da una host molto gentile ed efficiente.

Perfect apartment for a couple when visiting the area. Everything was in order, from the check-in details to the great location for access to restaurants and activities. Matteo responded quickly to any inquiries, but few were needed, thanks to the clear and simple provisions of the apartment. Great stay!

Ottima posizione, casa accogliente e con una vista lago spettacolare. Un angolo di pace per fuggire dalla città.

L'Aquila is still recovering from the 2009 earthquake, so the experience was sad but informative. Mariangela's apartment was about ten minutes from the old center & a few good restaurants. The foldout couch in the apartment was the most comfortable bed I have slept in during the last three months. I appreciated the washing machine. Guests seldom meet their airbnb hosts anymore but the electronic entrance is easier on everyone. Mariangela warned me about the uphill hike from the train station. I am in my mid-seventies and carried a heavy duffel but I made it, slowly. I imagine others can more easily climb to the airbnb but it wasn't that bad.

Beautiful place in heart of L’Aquila - elevator accessible for luggage was a bonus and host was ready to greet us in and helped us get a taxi, local recommendations, and had delightful local snacks, drinks ready for us. Clean place and comfortable beds! Thank you for a wonderful stay, our first time in Abruzzo and loved it!
