Alloggio splendido per trascorrere un weekend in tranquillità tra amici, i proprietari sono stati ospitali e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa servisse, la casa è in ordine e pulita, il panorama è splendido. Torneremo molto volentieri.

Letizia’s Lakehouse is a real stunner, and I’ve seen more than a few. An incredible deal for the price, and just immediately welcoming and enchanting in equal measure. It is like visiting a great soprano’s retreat studio, full of artful touches and pleasing to the eye because— IT IS! We are already looking to return.

We have spent two fantastic nights in this lovely clean house and enjoyed our stay so much. The views are stunning and the area are wonderful for relaxation with a lot of things to do. Many thanks should go to Mr. Paolo, the owner, who made our stay extremely fantastic with his excellent advices and instructions. You should never leave the area without visiting Forno a legna Orsini ( the best bakery in town) to enjoy the delicious Italian pizza and pastries. Amazing experience

L'alloggio è perfetto per una visita nella zona. Una casetta pulita e confortevole, una cucina completa e comodissima dove abbiamo potuto cucinare. Il borgo di Spedino è molto tranquillo con vista sulle montagne. Ottima esperienza.

Fantastic accommodation in a beautiful old building in a great part of L’Aquila. Clean, safe, relaxing and well supplied with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Sara is very quick to help and is very friendly. This might be the best place I have stayed during my Italian trip ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Appartamentino indipendente restaurato con gusto, situato in un borgo minuscolo ma molto vicino alla via Salaria. Nella casa c' è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. Letto molto comodo. Abbiamo trovato anche la polvere per farci un buon caffè. Eccellente il rapporto con la host. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo non ha eguali.

"Il Colle" è la soluzione giusta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Gli ambienti a disposizione sono caldi, ampi e funzionali. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili, la comunicazione con Marco è stata facile e veloce. Grazie di cuore...Siamo stati davvero bene!

Soggiorno meraviglioso! Il Casaletto è un luogo accogliente, curato nei dettagli e immerso nella tranquillità. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, grazie anche all’ospitalità e alla disponibilità dei padroni di casa. Un posto dove si torna volentieri, e infatti… speriamo di tornare presto!

Casale spettacolare, con giardino attrezzato con tavolo da ping pong, angolo bbq sedie sdraio, piscina. noi eravamo in 10 e 2 bambini siamo stati larghi. sala comune dotata di un grande camino e un forno a legna. una tenuta rustica e stupenda

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

Een prachtige plek. We werden bij aankomst rond 16 uur hartelijk ontvangen door Nicola en haar man Andrea. Doordat het namiddag was kregen we van hen een wijntje en voor dat we het wisten was het middernacht. Een aankomst zoals wij niet eerder meemaakten. Het huis is ruim, mooi, compleet en in perfecte staat. Sta je in de keuken je best te doen een Italiaanse maaltijd te bereiden, dan hoef je niet bang te zijn mis te grijpen: alles is voorhanden en van uitstekende kwaliteit. Het zwembad heeft bijna olympische afmetingen en wordt schitterend omzoomd door glooiende grasvelden die goed zijn onderhouden. De tuin heeft een zodanige omvang dat je iedere dag wel op een ander plekje kunt ontbijten. Dat zorgt ervoor dat je steeds kunt genieten van een ander indrukwekkend uitzicht. We kregen allerhande tips van Nicola, variërend van bezienswaardigheden tot de beste winkels in de buurt. Ons verblijf was er een om nooit te vergeten. Deze plek is een absolute aanrader!

la casa era molto bella l’unica cosa è che ovviamente andandoci d’inverno quei confort di cui potresti usufruire l’estate non li hai, ci sta… comunque sono stati davvero gentili non ci hanno dato un orario preciso per lasciare la casa ci sono venuti incontro. la casa è grandissima e c’è tanto spazio noi eravamo 15 persone e sembrava fossimo pochissime persone dentro casa per quanto è grande 😊 ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Véritable havre de paix, la Torretta constitue l'un des rares lieux où l'authenticité est de rigueur. La famille de Giacomo nous a accueillis chaleureusement avec une élégante simplicité. Pendant 2 semaines nous avons profité de la merveilleuse piscine d'eau salée, d'une terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes et les oliviers de Monteleone. L'émotion et la poésie ont rythmé nos vacances. Rome nous a comblés et l'arrière pays du Latium vraiment séduits! Dolce vita garantie!

Lovely peaceful stay in the countryside near Poggio Mirteto, beautiful views and pool. Beatrice & Mario very kindly took us to/from the station. We were a bit naive in thinking there would be taxis available for a wedding we were going to nearby, Beatrice was proactive at messaging us and looked into sorting us out which was very appreciated! In hindsight we should have hired a car to make the most of our stay and be able to explore nearby. Poggio Mirteto is a 30min walk away on country roads (some a bit steep) and has bars, restaurants and a supermarket so we had everything we needed. Thank you Beatrice!

Ampio appartamento vicinissimo al Belvedere superiore delle cascate delle marmore.Giulia molto gentile ci ha aspettato per il check-in e ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare l’auto per visitare il giorno dopo le cascate. Appartamento ben arredato con cucina utile per un pranzo veloce.

Paolo ed i suoi genitori sono persone meravigliose. Il Signor Mariano ci ha accolto con tanta gentilezza portandoci a visitare anche il suo piccolo Museo di storia contadina, un valore aggiunto di questo indimenticabile soggiorno. La casa è bellissima e confortevole con una vista mozzafiato su tranquille montagne e splendidi tramonti. Il giardino, a pochi metri dall'abitazione, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, è perfetto per trascorrere serate sotto il cielo stellato provando a scorgere i numerosi animali dei boschi. Quella nella loro casa è sicuramente una vacanza all'insegna della pace e del relax, con l'opportunità di poter raggiungere moltissimi punti di interesse per gli amanti della natura e dei piccoli borghi di montagna, che in Abruzzo sono davvero caratteristici e non hanno nulla da invidiare alle più note località montanare del nord d'Italia. Un ulteriore plauso va anche agli abitanti del borgo di Montesabinese, accoglienti e sempre disponibili. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

A fantastic spot to unwind and recharge. I stayed her for an entire month. A haven of tranquilly with breathtaking valley views. The apartment's proximity to the outdoors and the stylish furnishings provide a one-of-a-kind stay. There are numerous interesting locations to visit in the vicinity, such as Stroncone, Terni, Lago di Piediluco, and Cascata delle Marmore. Terni is a great place to visit if you're looking for a city atmosphere and the food is fantastic. The apartment has everything you need especially for remote workers. For the entire month that I was there, I had no issues with the internet. The office space met my needs, and I was able to set up a nice work enivornment there. Luis and his wife are a truly remarkable couple. As a guest, they spared no effort in making me feel at ease. The hospitality and the quality of the home-cooked meals that they shared were outstanding. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return :)

L'appartamento è confortevole, pulito e anche più grande di come appare nelle foto. Necessaria l'auto per raggiungere il centro, comodissima per tutte le escursioni

Soggiorno fantastico! Il mini loft è super accogliente e ha una vista sul lago che lascia senza parole. Il borgo è tranquillissimo, perfetto per rilassarsi e staccare. L’host, Laura, è stata gentilissima e super accogliente, sembrava di stare come a casa. Torneremo di sicuro!
