Family-friendly vacation rentals in Province of Rieti

The perfect little Italian getaway, in a peaceful and charming location. As a family, we really enjoyed the rustic cottage and were well looked after. Having breakfast together every morning was really lovely. We were made to feel very welcome.

Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Andrea fue excelente. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, bien equipado y era tal como se mostraba en las fotos. La ubicación era perfecta para lo que necesitábamos, y Andrea fue muy atenta y rápida en responder cualquier consulta. Nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda la estadía. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendamos y nos encantaría volver!🙂

Great pleasure to stay at this B&B, very kind people, tidy apartment and beautiful landscape. They even prepared us a breakfast on their in-a-tree terrace!

The house with its large garden and private pool is a true slice of paradise. It’s the perfect place to relax and the surrounding villages, some of which are medieval hilltop towns, add a wonderful charm. The area above Poggio Catino also offers fantastic, well-maintained hiking spots, with lovely places to enjoy. My dog thoroughly inspected the fenced yard and couldn’t find any way to escape – excellent! The contact with Luisa and Gianfranco was very pleasant and they were extremely helpful. My favorite restaurant was Ristorante La Casina Nel Parco in Cantalupo In Sabina. I would gladly return, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

We needed a place with air conditioning and a pool during a bad heat wave and this place delivered! If there was any issue, the owners were very responsive. The pool was perfect, the ac units in the bedroom worked great and the farm setting was lovely. They have sweet cats and dogs, too. Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you very much for having us as your guests. We loved your apartment; one of the best we have seen over the last years during our holiday. Located in the wonderful Umbria and closely to Rome (done by train). Also we highly appreciate your help to arrange our own BBQ; every evening we enjoyed it!! Wat hebben we genoten op deze geweldige plek. We hadden het huis met z'n tweeën. Het zwembad was fantastisch en lekker thuiskomen na een dag leuke steden in de omgeving bezoeken (zoals o.a. Narni, Spoleto, Viterbo, Todi, Bagnoregio). Aleida reageerde super snel en attent. Bijkomend voordeel in dit heerlijke huis dat super rustig gelegen is, is de gigantische kast vol met Nederlandstalige boeken. En niet te vergeten het leuke ontbijt/koffie plekje naast de keuken. We hebben van iedere seconde genoten.

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

Ottimo posto per visitare l'Umbria, la casa è piccina ma in tre ci si sta, Gli host sono gentili e sempre a disposizione, la casa è pulita. Il paesino molto silenzioso, nelle vicinanze farmacia, guardia medica, supermercato, bar e tabacchi. Se non ci si aspetta il lusso a questo prezzo vale tutti i soldi spesi. Grazie

Kate was a very helpful host – when our car broke down, she quickly arranged transportation for us. The view was breathtaking, the place was spacious and offered a lot of privacy. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Communication was fast and straightforward. Highly recommended!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento ed è stata un’esperienza semplicemente perfetta! L’appartamento è bellissimo, moderno e super confortevole, curato in ogni dettaglio per garantire un soggiorno piacevole. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati, la pulizia impeccabile e l’atmosfera accogliente. Un grande merito va anche all’host, davvero eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare con qualsiasi necessità. Ha reso tutto semplice e piacevole, dall’arrivo alla partenza. Consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un posto speciale dove soggiornare. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci!

spazio molto ben tenuto, piscina più grande che in foto e padroni di casa molto gentili e disponibili. una fantastica esperienza per passare del tempo insieme agli amici con un buon barbecue.

We loved our stay at Casa Dolce Aria over Xmas and New Years. The location is beautiful with stunning views of the countryside far and wide. The house itself was warm and inviting and had everything we needed for our stay. As my family lives very close, we had wonderful opportunities to entertain them for apericena and evening card games. Andrew is a charming and reactive host!

We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

Et skønt ophold. Saras sted var magisk og var endnu flottere end på billederne. Vi tilbragte 6 dage i huset, hvoraf den ene blev brugt i Rom. 50 minutters kørsel, så står man i Centrum af Rom. De resterende dage blev brugt på husets lækre faciliteter samt udforskning af de små nærliggende landsbyer. Klar anbefaling.

This is a Little paradise to escape your busy life and to relax to the fullest. Nice & big pool with a stunning view, big tree to rest in the shadow and lovely terrace. This house gives you a good feeling. Perfect holiday for families - we were with our 3 boys!

Alfredo and Bridget were remarkable hosts whom provided us with everything we needed. The house is a hidden gem in the nature and it had everything we needed during our stay. Everything in the house is of high quality. Our stay was very relaxing filled with moments of tranquility. We really enjoyed this place. Again thank you so much for your hospitality.

We hebben 9 dagen in Carla’s geweldige woning en prachtige omgeving doorgebracht. De woning is volledig uitgerust en alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. De locatie van het huis is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. Vanaf het terras heb je een adembenemend uitzicht over de vallei en de omliggende bergen. Het zwembad was schoon en netjes, en voldeed perfect aan onze wensen. Carla was altijd bereikbaar via telefoon en Airbnb-berichten voor eventuele vragen. Via deze weg wil ik Carla bedanken voor deze onvergetelijke vakantie en de fijne communicatie. Dank je wel, Carla 🙏
