Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Province of Reggio Emilia

Appartement très propre, mais je n'avais pas vu qu'il n'y avait que deux petites fenêtres ce qui rend l'appartement sombre il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans les chambres ce qui est dommage, la vue est magnifique très calme et reposant. Le logement est bien chauffée même un peu trop nous avons eu chaud, j'ai pas réussi à baisser la température mais j'ai pas demandé non plus. Sinon le jacuzzi et le bain turc étaient bien agréable. Je recommande quand même l'appartement pour se reposer au calme d'un petit village charmant avec tout le nécessaire à proximité. Andrea est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Merci

Magnífico lugar histórico, magnífica anfitriona: Caterina estuvo pendiente de nosotros siempre,la comunicación era muy rápida y ella es maravillosa,sin agobios,pero siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquier persona que quiera estar en un lugar auténtico,en contacto directo con la naturaleza y con la mejor anfitriona posible.Volveremos,sin duda.Un gran abrazo a Caterina

Tout a été parfait! Le logement d'Anna Maria est très agréable, spacieux, bien équipé, bien meublé, et avec un très joli extérieur. l'environnement est très calme et très verdoyant: une campagne ravissante et proche des commodités par ailleurs. Anna Maria nous a très bien reçus: elle est accueillante, très sympathique, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié ses attentions et ses mots gentils pour les enfants. A recommander très chaleureusement!

We stayed at the house with our three kids (8 year old boy and 6 year old twins). The house is clean and the bedrooms are very spacious. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and adored the terrace and its magnificent view and the kids enjoyed the toys. You can enjoy the privacy of the terrace and garden, although it is good to know that it is not directly attached to the house. You need to pass the parking space (where our kids loved to play in the shadows) and neighboring houses to reach it. This didn't bother us, but it is a good thing to know. The surrounding area is beautiful and we loved that it cooled off during the night. It's perfect for those loving the nature and quiet and don't mind driving to reach other points of interest. Finally: very accommodating hosts who were very proactive and had a big list of things to see and do in the area. Thank you, Paolo!

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

l'alloggio e il posto sono fantastici! Abbiamo trovato brutto tempo, ma l'atmosfera della casa ha permesso di riposarci e goderci 2 giorni rilassanti. la casa è come da discrezione, bisogna adattarsi al soppalco basso, ma per noi non è stato un problema. nel piccolo borgo a pochi minuti c'è una piccola bottega fornita di tutto, dove è possibile mangiare molto bene e a prezzi contenuti. Esperienza da ripetere, sperando nel tempo più favorevole per godersi dello splendido giardino e delle passeggiate nei dintorni! Consigliatissimo!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella casa di Monia, la consiglio vivamente. Spazi estremamente puliti, rifiniture di pregio, letti comodi e cucina super funzionale .Monia ci ha fornito anche la culla portatile per il nostro bimbo piccolo. Consigliamo a tutti questa bella casa vicino al fiume. Torneremo sicuramente!!

We stayed in Giancarlo and Laura’s apartment for 4 weeks as our home base for touring around Northern Italy. It was a great experience. The apartment had everything we needed including off street parking which is so necessary near the old town. Restaurants, the city center, a grocery and the train station were all within walking distance. Laura was helpful and responsive. A great Airbnb!

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

Soggiornare nella mansardina è stato come stare a casa. Pulita, molto accogliente e con tutte le comodità; vicinissima al centro permettendo così di visitare tutto a piedi. Vicino a dei bei posticini dove mangiare le ottime specialità emiliane . Molto comoda la fermata dei bus , quasi sotto casa ; Alberto è stato molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta e soprattutto flessibile sia per il check-in , che per il check-aut. Consigliatissimo, ci ritornerei volentieri...

We loved it here. The location is great as we had a short walk from the train station. It's close to shopping, restaurants and sight seeing - and a beautiful park. Even being close to everything, it was quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. the kitchen is small but there is a brand new Bialetti espresso machine so we were happy. There were plenty of towels in the bath and the shower was great. Barbara is very responsive and helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

Espaço bem bacana. Seu Viccenzo e Francesco foram muito solícitos. Recomendo a estadia!

the apartment was great for 2 families, plenty of space and 2 bathrooms. close to a supermarket and to walk into the centre of Parma. also close to the stadium, the parco citadella and another park with a playground and football field. we were able to check in at 11am as no-one was in the previously in the apartment and we arranged with the hosts to leave our bags on check out day to collect later, although in the end we decided to use the baggage storage at the train station. We got a good tip about a rearranged Parma football team match and managed to get tickets. hosts were also responsive and flexible. Definitely recommend.

Wir haben die Wohnung als Zwischenstopp genutzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und so wie vorher auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Empfehlungen für die Umgebung mit Bars, Restaurants und Supermarkt waren super.

Monia is the best!! She is very resposive and hospitable. The house is near the city center, and walkable disctance from restaurants, supermarket, central station and shops. The house is very cozy, everything is super clean and had what we needed and more. Highly recommeneded💯

Non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente la signora Ivana ma è stata sempre pronta a rispondere e a venire incontro ai nostri bisogni. L’appartamento dispone di tutti i comfort, la cucina è completa, il bagno è piccolo ma ben organizzato. Silenzioso e luminoso.

Kompakte, für zwei Personen völlig ausreichende Wohnung in einem architektonisch ansprechenden Neubaublock. Bei der Anfahrt mit dem Auto leicht zu finden, durch die Lage am Nordrand der Innenstadt ist man für Tagesausflüge schnell auf der Autobahn. Die Tiefgarage war aus meiner Sicht ein dicker Pluspunkt. Fußläufig zur Altstadt und nah am Bahnhof, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in der Nachbarschaft. Michela war sehr flexibel beim Ein- und Aus-Checken, ganz schnell bei allen Fragen, präsent und freundlich. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

La casa di Simonetta è davvero bellissima, una piccola bomboniera nel cuore di Parma. Tutto è perfetto per vivere un soggiorno in totale relax, godendo appieno le bellezze di questa splendida città. Il centro storico con i suoi bellissimi monumenti è a pochi passi dalla casa e tutto è raggiungibile velocemente. Simonetta è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile e ci ha dato un sacco di informazioni utili per rendere ancora più speciale il nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!!!

Host super disponibile e consigliato per qualsiasi tipo di esigenza anche che esuli dall’alloggio in sé. Casa grande, spaziosa, pulita e con tutto il necessario per restare anche qualche giorno in più.

Tatiana’s place is absolutely fantastic. It’s 100 metres from the Cathedral and Baptistry. The apartment itself is very well structured, it has everything for a comfortable stay. It’s peaceful and quiet at night. Communication was always prompt. There are great restaurants and bars a short walking distance, we had a great lunch at Trattoria de Tribunale and quite a few drinks at Santeria, a bar four minutes’ walk away… All in all, we had a great time in Parma and Tatiana’s place is very highly recommended.
