Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Province of Reggio Emilia

Very clean apartment, but I didn't see that there were only two small windows which makes the apartment dark there are no windows in the rooms which is a shame, the view is magnificent very quiet and relaxing. The accommodation is well heated even a little too hot, I couldn't lower the temperature but I didn't ask either. Otherwise the jacuzzi and Turkish bath were very nice. I still recommend the apartment to rest in the quiet of a charming little village with all the necessities nearby. Andrea is always available to answer our questions. Thank you

Magnificent historic place, magnificent host: Caterina was always attentive to us, communication was very fast and she is wonderful, without being overwhelming, but always ready to help us. Everything was perfect! Anna Maria's accommodation is very pleasant, spacious, well-equipped, well-furnished, and with a very nice exterior. The environment is very quiet and very green: a lovely countryside and close to amenities. Anna Maria hosted us very well: she is welcoming, very friendly, and we enjoyed her hospitality and kind words for the children very much. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the house with our three kids (8 year old boy and 6 year old twins). The house is clean and the bedrooms are very spacious. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and adored the terrace and its magnificent view and the kids enjoyed the toys. You can enjoy the privacy of the terrace and garden, although it is good to know that it is not directly attached to the house. You need to pass the parking space (where our kids loved to play in the shadows) and neighboring houses to reach it. This didn't bother us, but it is a good thing to know. The surrounding area is beautiful and we loved that it cooled off during the night. It's perfect for those loving the nature and quiet and don't mind driving to reach other points of interest. Finally: very accommodating hosts who were very proactive and had a big list of things to see and do in the area. Thank you, Paolo!

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

A beautiful cabin in the woods, it was a perfectly retreat for us. The location is stunning and the place was cosy, rustic and welcoming, we had a wonderful stay with everything we needed. Alessandro was very good to communicate with and gave us suggestions for sights and restaurants.

A very large, clean, and comfortable home. Monia was very accommodating and very communicative. The house is large and we felt right at home immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Giancarlo and Laura’s apartment for 4 weeks as our home base for touring around Northern Italy. It was a great experience. The apartment had everything we needed including off street parking which is so necessary near the old town. Restaurants, the city center, a grocery and the train station were all within walking distance. Laura was helpful and responsive. A great Airbnb!

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

Staying in the attic was like being at home. Clean, very welcoming and with all the comforts; very close to the center allowing you to visit everything on foot. Close to nice places to eat the excellent Emilian specialties. Very convenient bus stop, almost under the house; Alberto was very kind and helpful with every request and above all flexible both for check-in and check-out. Highly recommended, I'd love to come back...

We loved it here. The location is great as we had a short walk from the train station. It's close to shopping, restaurants and sight seeing - and a beautiful park. Even being close to everything, it was quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. the kitchen is small but there is a brand new Bialetti espresso machine so we were happy. There were plenty of towels in the bath and the shower was great. Barbara is very responsive and helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice spot in quiet area

the apartment was great for 2 families, plenty of space and 2 bathrooms. close to a supermarket and to walk into the centre of Parma. also close to the stadium, the parco citadella and another park with a playground and football field. we were able to check in at 11am as no-one was in the previously in the apartment and we arranged with the hosts to leave our bags on check out day to collect later, although in the end we decided to use the baggage storage at the train station. We got a good tip about a rearranged Parma football team match and managed to get tickets. hosts were also responsive and flexible. Definitely recommend.

Clean house, impeccable.

We have used the apartment as a stopover. We felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and as described previously in the pictures. The recommendations for the area with bars, restaurants and supermarket were great.

Monia is the best!! She is very resposive and hospitable. The house is near the city center, and walkable disctance from restaurants, supermarket, central station and shops. The house is very cozy, everything is super clean and had what we needed and more. Highly recommeneded💯

We did not personally meet Mrs. Ivana but she was always ready to respond and meet our needs. The apartment has all the amenities, the kitchen is complete, the bathroom is small but well organized. Quiet and bright.

Compact, completely sufficient apartment for two people in an architecturally appealing new building block. When arriving by car easy to find, due to the location on the northern edge of the city center you are quickly on the highway for day trips. In my opinion, the underground parking was a big plus. Walking distance to the old town and close to the train station, also shopping is in the neighborhood. Michela was very flexible with checking in and out, very quickly with any questions, present and friendly. A perfect stay!

Simonetta's house is really beautiful, a small gem in the heart of Parma. Everything is perfect for experiencing a relaxing stay, fully enjoying the beauty of this beautiful city. The historic center with its beautiful monuments is a short walk from the house and everything is quickly reachable. Simonetta was extremely kind and helpful and gave us a lot of useful information to make our stay even more special. Highly recommended!!!

Tatiana’s place is absolutely fantastic. It’s 100 metres from the Cathedral and Baptistry. The apartment itself is very well structured, it has everything for a comfortable stay. It’s peaceful and quiet at night. Communication was always prompt. There are great restaurants and bars a short walking distance, we had a great lunch at Trattoria de Tribunale and quite a few drinks at Santeria, a bar four minutes’ walk away… All in all, we had a great time in Parma and Tatiana’s place is very highly recommended.
