Apartment as described in the historic center of Parma. Easily accessible and close to shops, restaurants, bars, museums, etc. Excellent communication with the host. Only minor point: the neighborhood is a little noisy on Friday and Saturday nights.

Very responsive, she offers to help me with everything, several useful messages even at inconvenient times for my commitments, Lilia is very kind.

This place has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Very well-equipped (oil, salt, pepper, herbs, cooking items, toiletries) which is rare. Fans and air conditioning were welcome, as we stayed when it was very hot. Hosts were friendly, flexible and accommodating. Lovely snacks and drinks left for us during our stay. This is such a perfect place for exploring Italy. I spent time in Parma but then jumped on the train ti check out other places. Grocery close by. Very easy!

Lú's place is exactly as described in the listing. It is very well equipped for a short stay. It's around 25 mins by walk from the train station so be prepared if you're carrying your luggage and plan to walk but it's just a short 5 min ride away in a cab. Fabio is always responsive and very helpful in case you need any local recommendations. There is a very nice family run traditional pizzeria just below the apartment along with good supermarkets close by, so you don't have to look around too much after your day exploring the quaint city of Parma. I recommend Lú and Fabio's place without hesitation.

Katerina was a great host, she was very flexible with our check in & out times - really responses to all messages & very kind - the place itself is great, private and quiet and great location - strongly recommend!!

A beautiful and quiet apartment in the countryside, nature right outside the front door. The kitchen is simply equipped, but sufficient. It has everything you need. Many cats and dogs live on the property, which should be taken into account if you bring your own animals. The access roads are partly paved, but partly gravel roads. So, not suitable for a lowered car. However, an off-road vehicle is not necessary. If you drive carefully and slowly, you will easily reach your destination. The landlords are very nice. We felt like we were among friends. If we are back in the area, we will definitely try to come back here.

Very nice place, on a huge private, fenced property. Surrounded by olive trees and a really enchanted property, this invites you to have breakfast, sunbathe or dinner. Without disturbing views, sauna is made possible here with adjoining wood-fired jacuzzi. A dream! The massively surrounding winemakers provide the right wine. Wine tasting is also available everywhere here. The owner is very accommodating and respects privacy. Your residential building is located on this property, but not in the view of the Guesthouse. Shopping facilities such as a supermarket, specialty shops, bakeries, etc. are about 30 minutes walking distance. All in all, a perfect place to relax and enjoy. We will be back! I stayed for two days, one night in Riccardo's B&B. A wonderful and very clean apartment. Two double bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk bed, one bedroom with a 2-seater sofa bed, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies of all the appliances, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. The bathrooms are super clean with towels, hairdryers, and hygiene products. The upper bathroom has a gigantic shower. The beautiful rooms are ready with sheets, duvet pillows and pillowcases, all in very elegant coordination. Wide closets and dressers. In the cabinets, other pillows and blankets in case it was cold. Downstairs a nice couch with desclong, very comfortable and a mega TV. Wi Fi in the house. All products and tools are present in the house x cleaning and even clothes if you use the washing machine. Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

It was all as described in the listing, we were only one night as we were invited to a party in the area. The only disturbing thing was the dogs in the area, but this barking doesn't always have to be, otherwise everything was perfect, so highly recommended also in terms of price, performance. We stayed for 3 nights, my partner, my newborn daughter and I. The home is very quiet, clean and equipped with everything. Stefania is very friendly and very proactive in responding to our requests. Upon our arrival she made us find homemade sweets and jams and every possible delicacy for breakfast. The kitchen is very well equipped like everything else in the house. A nice variety of books are available for guests. We also took advantage of the fireplace. Unfortunately, there is not much nearby, given the period, but we will definitely come back in the spring with the possibility of also taking some walks. It was really a relaxing vacation!

The Hidden Gem of Italy: We experienced authentic Italy at Roberto's house in Anzola. We spent 5 amazing days but wanted to stay for 3 weeks. Despite delayed arrival, we were warmly received by Roberto and immediately felt at home. The house is scenic and beautiful on a large plot close to a road we could faintly see and hear the cars, but it did not interfere with our stay. The quiet atmosphere gave us a real summer house feeling. The Reno River, which is in walking distance, has clear water, and it was beautiful and lovely to swim there. The small pool of the house was perfect for our kids ages 4 and 8. Anzola is a charming town and we were the only tourists. Saturday the locals gathered at the bar and enjoyed a coffee while waiting to come in at the grocery store, their kindness made the stay even better. There was no coverage and WiFi didn't always work, but it gave us a much-needed break and with GT we did fine. We hope to return soon, didn't want to go home at all! The apartment has an atmosphere of times gone by, which hovers lightly and quietly in the large spaces available. The feeling of staying in those rooms is really special, so similar to a place that seems to take you back in time. Returning to those warm and welcoming environments was really pleasant during our short winter stay. Its location, in the perfect historic center, is not at the expense of absolute peace and tranquility, but also guarantees the possibility to comfortably enjoy the many pleasant aspects that Pontremoli offers its visitors. The restaurants, inns, bars and shops present, in large numbers I would say, compared to a town that has less than seven thousand inhabitants, almost always mix the modern with a veil of antiquity. Perhaps the bathroom could be a little more modernized and the kitchen equipped with a few more accessories. But these are details that do not change our opinion, which is absolutely positive. Fully recommended!
