We had a great time in this beautiful home overlooking the Marche hills. The interior spaces are large, the pool is super refreshing and spacious, the view for us who are in the city was beautiful. The large kitchen, as well as the living room. We were warm in the rooms because there is no air conditioning but only fans, but August was hot everywhere and at least we had the pool to dive in. We found the pantry full of delicacies for breakfast and also eggs, fruits and vegetables from the garden from which you can draw. We were highly recommended about restaurants. The bathrooms are 2 plus a service one, while the listing shows that it is 3.5; however, it was not a problem for us.

We had a great time. The place is fairytale and the host is very kind. We felt at home.

Impeccable and clean interior: comfortable beds, pellet stove that guarantees the right warmth in view of the night - although it can be done without, since the interior environment appears well protected from any external thermal excursions. The choice for breakfast, to taste just in the morning, among the first fogs of April, with the pale light of the aurora that rises from the chirping of birds, in the middle of an expanse of green and the colors near and far from spring and those blue mountains... Scenario of fairytale and very high quiet that I will not forget.

The experience at Mr. Sergio's apartment was very positive. The flexibility in check-in time was much appreciated, as was the host's kindness and availability. The property, located in the heart of the historic center, is spacious, on two levels and perfectly combines the old with the modern. The ground floor houses a cozy living area with equipped kitchen and bathroom, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The double bed, in particular, is extremely comfortable, thanks to the mattress and very soft pillows. The panoramic view from the windows is simply enchanting, offering an oasis of tranquility and direct contact with nature. The location is strategic: parking is easily available in the immediate vicinity, ensuring convenient access to the apartment. Overall, I highly recommend this place to those looking for a quiet and quaint place. I'll definitely be back!

You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The location is superb - extremely close to the centre - just a short stroll. The breakfast was wonderful. The views magnificent. The rooms tastefully decorated. Parking not a problem (past Porta Romana is free and just a short walk). Dagmara and Marilena very friendly and helpful. We had both rooms and will recommend to friends for future visits to Ascoli Piceno.

The stay at Valentina's house was like finding your home: cozy, warm and comfortable. The house was as described, even more beautiful. Valentina is very kind and caring. We will definitely return guests to Valentina's place. Although outside the town center, the location is convenient to reach in a few minutes, Recanati, Loreto, Porto Recanati.

Maria Pia's Airbnb, is absolutely fabulous! it was beautifully appointed. Maria Pia greeted us with a friendly smile and showed us all around the apartment. The Airbnb is along the piazza, which made it convenient to shop, go to a café, have an aperitivo, or a passeggiata. We can't thank her enough, and will book her Airbnb the next time we are going to Ascoli Piceno.

With my husband we stayed a week in Silvia's apartment: great location, a few minutes walk from the sea; apartment clean and complete with everything. Indoor parking; possibility to use two bicycles. What about our host Silvia? Very kind, pleasant person, available for any need. Cuddle your guests without being intrusive, classy, and big-hearted. We'll definitely be back!

I recently stayed for one night at the B&B La casa di Oliva - Giulietta in Macerata and was very satisfied with the experience. The location is quite convenient, with shops, distributors, restaurants and other amenities in the immediate vicinity. In addition, reaching the historic center only takes a pleasant 10-minute walk. The apartment, located on the top floor, is well-furnished and functional unit, offering a cozy and air-conditioned environment. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and, surprisingly, I also found water, jams and snacks for breakfast. Special thanks go to the owners, who proved helpful and precise throughout every step of the stay. In summary, I highly recommend B&B La casa di Oliva - Giulietta to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Macerata.

We had a wonderful time in the cottage. It was a spacious and simple cottage. The pool is really lovely. You are looking at Macerata from the cottage. Nice place, we had 3 wonderful weeks.

Small studio right in the center, it was simple but had everything you need and was very clean. The host was very punctual and helpful.

Stefano's apartment is modern, stylish, and tastefully designed and has a nice terrace. It is located in a central part of the town. Stefano is a good communicator, check-in and check out process was easy. Paying for our breakfast at a very nice nearby bar was a nice touch. We enjoy our stay and wish it was longer. Staying at Elisabetta’s place in Ascoli Piceno was an absolute pleasure for my family and I. Not only was the breakfast great, the room clean, and the host very accommodating, but the surrounding area is beautiful and filled with lots to do. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to explore Ascoli Piceno and the surrounding areas.

The ideal place for couples (in general) looking for a home where they feel at home. The countryside surrounding the property is ideal for relaxing and experiencing an atmosphere of rusticity, albeit with all the comfort of the world. The friendliness of the owner and the presence of kittens a little here and a little there are the touch of joy that make the stay really pleasant.

Very clean and our host was very friendly and helpful. The setting was very peaceful with great views of the countryside! Our host was very knowledgeable of the local area. We will stay here again!

At first, I was a little dazed because I didn't know what to expect. Little by little, I was able to breathe and respect all the beauty of an ancient villa with its high ceilings and frescoes on the walls. The very clean room and attention to detail made the stay very pleasant. Very detailed check-in explanations, the place is always warm. The perfect breakfast with delicious fresh eggs from the chicken coop. In short, I can only speak well and surely if I go back there this will be my accommodation again. Thank you very much

If we could give 6 stars we would give 6 stars! We had a wonderful stay at Saskia's and left only wistfully. The B&B is in a very quiet location, surrounded by olive trees and you have a great view of the Marche countryside! The whole house is very lovingly decorated with a special attention to details in the amenities - you really lacked nothing. Especially the kitchen is very well equipped and it is a pleasure to cook. And last but not least, it always makes a huge difference to me when you are warmly welcomed by the host - Saskia has given our stay a very personal touch and we look forward to coming back again!

We stayed 2 nights at thisplace, and we were really impressed by the cleanliness of the entire house and the tranquility of the area. For breakfast , drinks like water and juices were never missing in the fridge, as well as milk,coffee,cookies, and snacks . It was also easy to reach the sea from the accommodation thanks to a highway that connects San Silvestro to Porto D'Ascoli (about 15-20min). But what impressed us the most was the friendliness of Mrs. Maria, united to her husband's friendliness. Fantastic people who knew how to recommend beautiful places around the place and above all made us feel at home . We will be back, maybe even with our 2 children . Thank you for everything!
