Our family of three enjoyed our stay with Simonetta greatly. The flat was spotless, spacious, warm and well equipped. An excellent guide book provided details of things to do and where to eat. We cooked and enjoyed the kitchen and dining table and the warm showers. Anzio is rich with history from Roman's to WWII and our hosts were enthusiastic guides. We enjoyed Nuttuno's allied Beach landing commemoration at their suggestion - making many memories for our 12 year old son. While it was cold we did enjoy the beaches and can imagine this is a summer dream spot! We recommend a stay!

We had a great 12 days in the beautiful apartment. The pool was cleaned every day and they were always there to beautify something. Privacy was there, despite sharing the garden and pool. The house is located on a main road, but you don't hear anything from it. Super close to various sandy beaches and the train stations are within walking distance. All around a great vacation, very child-friendly hosts with always a nice word. Thanks very much for this great place

Alessia is a great host. She is very responsive, helpful and gives good recommendations. The apartment is clean and cozy, I would definitely stay here again.

The place is really nice and clean and Valentina was a responsive and very friendly host. I asked for a microwave because there was none on premises and she promptly agreed to buy one. My only concern was parking availability in the close surroundings (very difficult to find a parking spot close to the apartment) and the one flight of stairs difficult to manage with a lot of bags and items to carry. I must clarify that I was there for work and needed to carry various items up and down the apartment every day going to work. Otherwise the place is very comfortable, nice and quite and very close to the main square with many good restaurants, bars and food marts in the surroundings . I would definitely recommend it for a vacation in Genzano.

We had such an amazing time at Cati's place! The apartment itself is simply stunning: modern, clean, has all the necessary amenities (and even more!) and decorated in a very charming and special way by Cati herself. You can see how much effort she put into this place that carries her style and talent. It's located in the heart of Carpineto Romano and you can walk around. The views are stunning. Communication with Cati was always easy and instructions are clear. We would love to come back! Thanks for everything Cati!!!

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!
