The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

A due passi dal centro cittadino, dall'ospedale civile e dall'Icot, nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi necessari e non, nonché fermata dell'autobus e parcheggi liberi.
