The farmhouse "Casale del Gelso" is located in the countryside of Parco dei Castelli Romani, just a 4 kilometers from the center of Ariccia and Genzano di Roma, only 20 minutes by train, you can reach the center of Rome (Campoleone - Roma Termini station). All services are nearby but a car is needed to get around easily. The farmhouse is located 10 minutes from Nemi with its Lake, 15 minutes from Albano and Castel Gandolfo, only 20 minutes from the sea (Tor San Lorenzo).

La casa del mandorlo is located in the Castelli Romani countryside 33 km from Rome, within an agricultural farm on the hills overlooking the sea, 20/25 minutes walk from the historic center of Lanuvio and the train station (Velletri-Roma Termini Line). The house is surrounded by greenery and tree-lined meadows where five horses and a donkey graze, among olive groves, orchards, vegetable gardens, aromatic herbs, a small vineyard and beehives that house bees.

L'appartamento è locato nell'agriturismo Colle Caronte all'interno dell'area Naturale Lago San Giovanni Incarico a pochi metri dal lago. Una piscina e un grande giardino con tavolo, sedie e un barbeque professionale sono a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti dell'agriturismo. L'appartamento con ingresso indipendente si trova al prima piano della casa principale. L'agriturismo ha circa 150 mucche ed alcuni bufali e produce latte.
